Professor Jiang Shumin's Clinical Experience In Treating Recurrent Diarrhea Caused By Chronic Colitis With The Theory Of Dampness Blocking Qi Stagnation

Purpose:This dissertationsummarized professor Jiang's thinking of diagnosis and treatment and his experience of clinical treatments in chronic colitis with recurrent diarrhea.Material and method:A total of 2961 articles of CNKI were found by keywords "chronic colitis" or "diarrhoea" or "diarrhea" or "dysentery".More than 600 articles were screened for analysis and summary.At the same time,40 cases of patients with chronic colitis with recurrent diarrhea who were treated in the clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2015 and September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Through summarizing and analyzing,it is found that Professor Jiang Shuminbelieves that the damp blockage and qi stagnation is the pathological basis ofchronic colitis with recurrent diarrhea.Pathological products such as "phlegm-fluid retention","static blood" and "heat toxin" generated during the disease development also lead to the development of the disease.According to the patients' lifestyles and clinical symptoms,the combined use of the four diagnostic methods to syndrome differentiation and treatment.The main treatment is invigorating spleen,and supplemented by replenishing qi and draining dampness,taking into account the addition of blood stasis?suppression ofliver?kidney?etc.,in order to restore righteousness,eliminate pathogenic evil so as to cure the clinical purpose of the disease.Conclusion:The disease's disease in the large intestine,and liver,spleen,kidney associated.The disease's key issue in the large intestine,associated with liver,spleen,and kidney.With the large intestine dominates liquid,spleen governing transportation and transformation,liver governing free flow of qi,kidney governing water,the occurrence and development of the disease can not be separated from the body fluid metabolism disorders.Because of "water transform into qi","qi promote water transformation" "normal movement of qi ensures normaldistribution of body fluid",the relationship of qi and body fluids is inseparable.So analysis of the damp blockage and qi stagnation can fully grasp the law of development of disease changes so as to achieve better clinical efficacy.
