Meta-analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Soothing The Liver, Relieving Depression And Activating Blood In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression

Purpose:By Meta analysis(Meta-analysis),systematic evaluation of soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method and combination of soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method and anti-depressant western medicine with anti-depressant western medicine(drug therapy)on depression after cerebral apoplexy(post-stroke’)in patients with curative effect and safety of the differences,The study provides medical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for soothing the liver and moving blood stasis in its clinic promotion and application.Material and method:Through the system to retrieve soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method and combination of soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method and anti-depressant western medicine,collection and evaluation of depression with anti-depressant western medicine randomized controlled trials.By adopting the combination of computer and manual retrieval method,retrieval database including the Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM,1992-2017),China hownet(CNKI,1992-2017),weipu database(VIP,1992-2017),and tenthousand digital journals(WF,1992-2017).Abroad Pubmed(1992-2017)、Embase(1992-2017)and the Cochrane Library.If cannot get the full text,and then supplemented by hand searches of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine Library Archive database.Search term is: soothing the liver an moving blood stasis,depression after stroke and post-stroke depression,combining Chinese and western medicine treatment,etc.System comprehensive collection of in the soothing the liver and moving blood stasis treatment of depression after stroke randomized controlled study,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to evaluate quality of literature.The Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias is used to evaluate the quality of inclusive articles which will be analyzed by the Review Manager5.3.Results: Results:24 articles are included.There are 2087 cases,including 1045 treatment groups and 1042 control groups.The analysis results of final indicator are as follows: 1.The soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method has great advantages over routine anti-depressant western medicine in curing PSD.in terms of the total effective rate,decreasement the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores,promotion functional recovery of nerve injury,improvement the ability of the daily lives,causation adverse drug reaction.2.TCM for soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method combined with routine anti-depressant western medicine VS anti-depressant western medicine : the total effective rate,soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method combined with routine anti-depressant western medicine group was better than anti-depressant western medicine group,Differences have statistical significance;The decreasement of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores,soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method combined with routine anti-depressant western medicine group was better than anti-depressant western medicine group,The differences have statistical significance;But two groups have no statistical significancefor the causing adverse drug reaction.Conclusion: 1.soothing the liver and moving blood stasis method VS routine anti-depressant western medicine group were obviously better than the control group.and its clinical efficacy certainly can be used for the treatment of post-stroke depression.2.The traditional chinese medicine treatment of depression after stroke clinical randomized controlled trial of literature quality is generally low at this stage.there are stills need more well designed trials to provide strong evidence for the effectiveness and safety of EA.
