Clinical Study On The Prevention Of Post-stroke Depression By The Simultaneous Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis And The Co-regulation Of Liver And Spleen

Objective: In order to reduce the incidence of post-stroke depression,this study applied the method of treating phlegm and blood stasis together,liver and spleen together for early intervention in patients with ischemic stroke,and observed the efficacy and safety of this method in preventing post-stroke depression through clinical research.In order to open up new ideas for early prevention of post-stroke depression,and reflect the characteristics and advantages of TCM "preventive treatment".Methods: We collected 78 patients with cerebral infarction and randomly divided them into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Xingnao Fangyu Decoction,which is used to treat phlegm and blood stasis together,and to harmonize liver and spleen.We compared the efficacy of the two groups using a number of scales after treatment,and used SPSS 25.0 to analyze the data。Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in incidence between the experimental group(5.4%)and the control group(10.5%).At 3 months follow-up,the incidence of the experimental group(10.8%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(34.2%).At the two evaluation time points,the HAMD score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the distribution of depression degree was statistically different(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were both lower than before(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the experimental group(78.4%)was better than that in the control group(47.3%)(P<0.05).3.The NIHSS scores of the two groups were both lower than before(P<0.05),and there were no significant adverse events in either group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and the simultaneous regulation of liver and spleen have certain preventive significance on the occurrence of PSD in the acute phase(<1 month)and mid-term(1-6 months)after ischemic stroke.The integral of blood stasis syndrome elements is safe and effective in clinical application.
