| Purpose:To observe the effect of Baduanjin in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure with reduced left cardiac ejection fraction.Materials and methods:60 cases of CHF patients admitted to cardiology from April 2016 to April 2017 in Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group with routine medication,the observation group with routine medication combined the exercise of Baduanjin.After 1 month,omparative analysis the indicator level of heart and lung heart function、NT-pro BNP 、LVEFand The Minnesota life quality score of heart failure.Results: 1.Heart and lung function index:Before treatment,the control group was compared with the observation group,the indicator level of AT、VO2max and VE/VCO2 ware similar,(AT: 9.35 ±0.63ml/kg.min vs.9.26±0.56ml/kg.min,P>0.05;VO2max: 13.71±0.90ml/kg.min vs.14.07±0.71 ml/kg.min,P>0.05;VE/ VCO2: 33.53±1.63 vs.33.20±1.61,P>0.05).After treatment,the indicator level of AT,VO2 max and VE/VCO2 in the control group and the observation group were all superior to those before the treatment.(control group:AT: 9.72±0.61ml/kg.min vs.9.35±0.63ml/kg.min,P<0.05;VO2max: 14.36±0.93ml/kg.min vs.13.71±0.90ml/kg.min,P<0.05;VE/VCO2:31.97±1.33 vs.33.53±1.63,P<0.05.observation group:AT:11.59±0.70 ml/kg.min vs.9.26±0.56ml/kg.min,P<0.05;VO2max: 15.71±0.86ml/kg.min vs.14.07±0.71 ml/kg.min,P<0.05;VE/VCO2:31.29±1.03 vs.33.20±1.61,P<0.05),The results were statistically significant.After treatment,the indicator level of AT,VO2 max,VE/VCO2 in observation group were obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(AT: 11.59±0.70ml/kg.min vs.9.72±0.61 ml /kg.min,P<0.05;VO2 max :15.71±0.86ml/kg.min vs.14.36±0.93ml/kg.min,P<0.05;VE/ VCO2:31.29±1.03 vs.31.97±1.33,P<0.05).2.Heart function index:Before treatment,the control group was compared with the observation group,the indicator level of NT-pro BNP and LVEF ware similar,(NT-pro BNP: 1460.87±245.39ng/l vs.1372.93±315.70ng/l,P>0.05;LVEF:0.43±0.03 vs.0.42±0.02,P> 0.05).After treatment,the indicator level of NT-pro BNP in the control group and the observation group were all superior to that before the treatme:(control group: NT-pro BNP: 758.77±195.36ng/l vs.1460.87±245.39ng/l,P<0.05;observation group: NT-pro BNP: 658.54± 149.98ng/l vs.1372.93±315.70ng/l,P<0.05),The results were statistically significant.However,the changes of LVEF were not significant(control group:LVEF:0.44±0.03 vs.0.43 ±0.03,P>0.05,observation group: LVEF:0.43±0.03 vs.0.42±0.02,P>0.05).After treatment,compared the indicator level of NT-pro BNP in the two groups,the observation group was obviously superior to the control group :NT-pro BNP:658.54±149.98ng/l vs.758.77± 195.36 ng/l,P<0.05,The results was statistically significan.But the LVEF in observation group was not superior to that in control group :LVEF:0.43±0.03 vs.0.44±0.03,P>0.05.3.The Minnesota life quality score of heart failure : Before treatment,the control group was compared with the observation group,The life quality score had no statistical difference: 75.86±8.70 vs.74.04±9.15,P>0.05;After treatment,the score of two groups both decreased before treatment:(control group:68.72±6.43 vs.75.86±8.70,P<0.05;observation group:56.12 ± 7.63 vs.74.04±9.15,P<0.05),The results were statistically significant.After treatment,the score of the observation group decreased more significantly compared with the control group :56.12±7.63 vs.68.72±6.43,P<0.05,The results was statistically significant.Conclusions: 1.The combination of drugs with Baduanjin exercise can improve heart and lung function of patients with chronic heart failureon,and improve the index of AT and VO2 max,reduce the index of VE/VCO2.2.The combination of drugs with Baduanjin exercise can improve heart function and the myocardial remodeling of patients with chronic heart failureon,reduce the level of NT-pro BNP.3.The combination of drugs with Baduanjin exercise can effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failureon. |
