This paper is based on extensive pharmacological activity in the medicinal plant of Euphorbia,and the extract of Polygonaceae has great potential in pharmacological activity.A systematic phytochemical study was carried out on the invasive plant Eucalyptus grandis from the Guizhou Huangguoshu.Explore the main chemical components of its plants in order to discover the pharmacological activities of their plants.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the foreword,the second chapter is the separation and identification of the chemical constituents of the E.Michx,the third chapter is the screening of?-glycosidase inhibitory activity.The fourth chapter is the anti-tumor activity screening part and the fifth chapter summarizes and prospects,The sixth chapter is the part of the internship.Using a variety of chromatographic and spectral analysis techniques,14 com pounds were isolated from the E.Michx.Among them:4 flavonoids,2 triterpenoi ds,2 alkaloid compounds,3 fatty acid compounds,and 2 other compounds.The s tructure is identified by the physical and chemical characteristics of the compoun d and the NMR data.They are kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside?1?,quercetin-3-O-?-L-pyranoside?2?quercetin?3?,kaempferol?4?,Lupinol?5?,?-amyrin?6??-Frankyl alcohol acetate?7?,?-sitosterol?8?,2-methyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid meth yl ester?9?,?R?-2-ethylhexyl 2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate?10?,terephthalic aci d bis?2-ethyl-hexyl?ester?11?,linolenic acid methyl ester?12?,linolenic acid?13?,palmitic acid?14?.From the analysis of the compounds isolated from the plant,t he main components are lupinol and fatty acid compounds,and flavonoids are als o ubiquitous in the plant,but the amount is small,and there are few reports on a lkaloids.These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.The 4 flavonoid compounds isolated from the E.Michx were screened for?-glucosidase inhibitory activity.The results showed that none of the compounds 1,2,and 4 showed significant activity,and the compounds 3 had good inhibitory activities.IC50 value of compound 3 is 115.83 umol/L,and IC50 value of Acarbose is 249.77 umol/L.Its showed good inhibitory activity.Comparing the structure-activity relationship of the 4flavonoids,the hydroxylation of the flavonoid nucleus enhances the?-glucosidase inhibitory activity,and the glycoside flavonoid may affect its binding to?-glucosidase due to the type of glycoside attached.The results of this paper provide evidence of chemical composition and?-glucosidase inhibitory activity for the development and utilization of the medicinal plant.It has certain reference value for the development and utilization of this plant in the future.
