Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:Under the guidance of acupuncture and moxibustion theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this subject starts from the comparison of the effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cough variant asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and through observing the clinical effective rate and overall symptom score of the two groups of cough. The scores of individual symptoms, eosinophil count in peripheral blood and recurrence rate were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy,to provide scientific basis for the formulation of the best treatment scheme for CVA,and to make the patients recover as soon as possible.Cut off the root of asthma.Material and method:Selection conforms to the diagnostic criteria of spleendeficiency type CVA to 60 cases,by random grouping method selected to patients can be divided into two groups, each group 30 cases, the CVA episodes starting treatment, the control group only give yu jun check tonga subtraction treatment, treatment group was given the jade jun check rinse tonga subtraction treatment,on the basis of plus moxibustion: shen que(RN8),da zhui(DU14),zu san li(ST36),fei shu(BL13).The treatment period was 4 weeks.Observation: the clinical effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the total symptom score before and after treatment, the change of each single symptom score and the count of eosinophils in peripheral blood, and the recurrence rate of 6 months after withdrawal. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the above observation items, and related safety indexes were detected to understand the safety of drug use.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical processing. Results: 1.Before and after treatment: the biochemical indexes and clinical indicators of both groups were significantly improved, both of which were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups were effective.2.Before and after treatment:The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the clinical effective rate.3.Before and after treatment: About the change of the overall symptoms integral, the treatment group is better than that of control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),thetreatment group to improve the symptoms of lung spleen-deficiency type CVA overall score better than the control group.4.Before and after treatment: Change about each individual symptoms integral, the treatment group significantly better than control group, and stay in cough, exhausted lazy speech, god, weakness of loose stools(and)or defecate four single symptom integral comparison, statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group in improving cough, god exhausted lazy word, stay, loose stools(and)or bowel movement fatigue is better than that in control group.5.Before and after treatment: About two groups of biochemical indicators, line before and after the treatment group comparison, comparison between groups after treatment, all have significant difference, statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting the two groups treatment can be decreased peripheral blood Eos count,is beneficial to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness in patients,so that the cough symptoms alleviated or even disappeared, and achieve the goal of treatment, and the treatment group is better than the control group.6.Withdrawal rate of relapse: withdrawal period of 6 months, the treatment group recurrence rate was 6.67%,control group recurrence rate was 33.33%,statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting the moxibustion medicine combined treatment of lung spleen-deficiency type CVA recurrence rate is low,is better than the control group.7.Safety: no obvious adverse reactions were observed between the two groups, suggesting that the two groups were safe and reliable. Conclusion: 1.Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine is superior to traditional Chinese medicine in improving the clinical effective rate, general clinical symptoms and cough, fatigue of mind, indolence, loose stools or weakness of defecation in improving the clinical efficacy of CVA.2.Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy is better than traditional Chinese medicine therapy in improving the peripheral blood Eos count of pulmonary spleen deficiency CVA.3.Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy to treat pulmonary spleen deficiency CVA is lower than that of pure Chinese medicine.
