Purpose:To compare and analyze the difference of pulse parameters before and after ERCP/EST in patients with choledocholithiasis during the acute phase by using the LGX-2016 H long distance wristband inflatable pulse apparatus.The analysis method of the pulse image of the patients with acute choledocholithiasis was explored.The changes of the pulse parameters before and after the stone extraction were read and the operability of the wristband inflatable pulse apparatus was clearly confirmed.The traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis more objective and scientific,to lay the foundation for the remote detection of pulse in the future.Methods: On the basis of the theory of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,the pulse image of 60 patients with acute choledocholithiasis before and after ERCP/EST were collected by using LGX-2016 H long distance wrist band inflatable traditional Chinese medicine pulse apparatus,and the pulse images of 60 cases without abnormal examination were reported in the medical center,the image parameters P1(x1,y1,z1),P2(x2,y2,z2),P3(x3,y3)and P1/P2 data were analyzed.Combined with clinical symptoms and examination index(blood routine,liver function,blood amylase,etc.)change,Objective to show the differences between the pulse images and the pulse images of ERCP/EST in the patients with acute stage choledocholithiasis.Results: 1.The P1(x1,y1,z1),P2(x2,y2,z2),P3(x3,y3),P1/P2 values of patients with choledocholithiasis before operation were significantly higher than those in the post operation group and the physical examination group(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the postoperative group and the physical examination group(p>0.05).By analyzing the change of parameters in pulse graph,we can objectively display the pulse characteristics before and after ERCP/EST.The preoperative patients characteristics and value of pulse string pulse wave characteristics coincide;2.The difference of pain classification between preoperative and postoperative patients was statistically significant(p<0.01).3.The comparison of biochemical test indicators(blood routine,liver function,blood amylase,etc.)before and after operation was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion: The pulse images of ERCP/EST before and after the acute attack of choledocholithiasis and the changes in the pulse parameters of the physical examination group can be accurately detected by the LGX-2016 H remote wrist band inflatable traditional Chinese medicine pulse apparatus.Based on the dynamic time structured pulse intelligence comparison,it objectively shows the difference between the chord pulse wave graph and the residual vein image,and reflects the pulse characteristics of the chord patients and the pulse characteristics of the chord patients.The mechanism of pulse formation is also conducive to further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of common bile duct in acute attack stage,and lay a foundation for the remote detection of pulse diagnostic apparatus in the future. |
