| Purpose: To study on clinical observation on effect of Jiawei Shengmai Powder on patients with Myocardial injury after coronary artery bypass grafting.Material and method : Materials and methods:54 patients underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting with blood stasis due to qi deficiency from June 2017 to August 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups: 27 cases for treatment group,they were treated with Jiawei Shengmai Powder on basis of routine western medicine treatment.27 cases for control group they were treated with routine western medicine.After 14 days of treatment,scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,Cardiac function grading,cardiac ejection fraction,and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide peak were compared between two groups.Results:1.Total score of TCM symptoms was obviously improved in both groups before and after treatment(p<0.05),And improvement of TCM symptom score in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(p<0.05);2.There was significant difference in Cardiac function classification(NYHA)between treatment group and control group after treatment(p<0.05);3.There was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction between treatment group and control group after treatment(p<0.05);4.There was significant difference in peak value of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide between treatment group and control group(p<0.05);5.There were no abnormalities in the safety indexes of coagulation,liver and kidney function,biochemistry and blood routine after treatment.Conclusion:1.The effect of Jiawei Shengmai Powder and traditional western medicine treatment on myocardial injury after coronary artery bypass grafting was improved.2.Jiawei Shengmai Powder and traditional western medicine can effectively improve symptoms of patients with blood stasis due to qi deficiency after coronary heart bypass grafting.3.Jiawei Shengmai Powder has good safety in coagulation,liver and kidney function,biochemistry and blood routine. |
