Professor Ma Xiaoyan Used Shenshuaiyin To Treat Chronic Kidney Disease 2-4 Stage Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Purpose:The clinical effects of Scr,BUN,e GFR and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the 2-4 stage of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Material and method:The selected cases were all from April 2017 to September 2017 in the Department of Nephrology,Professor Ma Xiaoyan,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 62 patients with chronic kidney disease from CKD2 to CKD4 who underwent renal replacement therapy were included in the observation group.In 35 cases,27 cases in the control group.Observing group(Kidney decoction plus decoction + Haikun Shenxi capsule + basic treatment),control group(Haikun Shenxi capsule + basic treatment),8 weeks of course,changes in Scr,BUN,e GFR,and TCM syndrome scores.Statistical methods provide an objective assessment of its efficacy.Results: 1.Compared with the two groups,Scr(P < 0.01)and BUN(P < 0.05)decreased compared with those before treatment,and e GFR(P < 0.01)increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Compared with the two groups,the observation group had a decrease in renal function SCr(P<0.01),BUN(P<0.05),and e GFR(P<0.01)increased more than the control group in the observation group,which was statistically significant.3.The observation group's syndrome improved better than before treatment,which was significantly better than that of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.01).4.There was no adverse reaction in the observation group.There was no abnormal blood routine and liver function index,and the clinical application of kidney failure drinking was good.Conclusion:shenshuaiyinjiajian can effectively improve renal function,relieve clinical symptoms,and delay the progression of chronic kidney disease.
