| Purpose:The characteristics and rules of Chinese medicine in treating gastric cancer were summarized by studying the literature of modern Chinese medicine.It provides certain reference basis for guiding clinical medication.Material and method:Literature related to TCM treatment of gastric cancer published in CNKI and weipu Chinese science and technology journal database in recent 10 years were searched by computer,and randomized controlled trials(RCT)of TCM treatment of gastric cancer were searched comprehensively.Through retrieval combined study with 657 references,after row,standard screening were incorporated into the RCT with 122 references,by traditional Chinese medicine formula,122 and 174 Chinese medicine taste,out use frequency is one of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)56,included in the study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),a total of 118,through the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Excel spreadsheet formula database,using the method of frequency analysis of single frequency and frequency,the use of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used therapeutic agents in the treatment of gastric cancer,and the formula for its efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines used in frequency > 1,by statistics,sexual flavour.The average join(group)method in IBM SPSS Statistics 19 software was used for cluster analysis of drugs with frequency ?20 times,and Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler18 software was used for correlation analysis,where Support degree ?25% and Confidence degree ?80%were set to discuss the drug group and group prescription rules obtained from the results.Results:1.A total of 122 studies were included through literature search,and a total of 122 doses of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were collected for the treatment of gastric cancer,and 174 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were used.2.According to the frequency frequency analysis,the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine is atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,astragalus,licorice root,radix codonopsis,tangerine peel,pinellia ternata,coicis coiculata,angelica,yam,radix paeoniae alba,zedoary turmeric,hemichieae officinalis,amomum arensis,ginseng.3.According to the results of efficacy,property,medicine taste and meridian return analysis,the results of efficacy analysis of traditional Chinese medicine show that the ones with high use frequency are tonic for deficiency,heat-clearing,water-moistening,qi-regulating and blood-activating;The results of property analysis showed that the frequency of use was warm,flat,cold,cold and hot.The results showed that the most frequently used medicine was sweet medicine,followed by pungent medicine and bitter medicine.The results showed that most of the drugs were mainly spleen channel,followed by liver channel,heart channel,lung channel,stomach channel and kidney channel.4.Association rule analysis results show that: set the support degree ?25%,the confidence degree ?80%,according to the support degree ranking,can obtain 40 association rules with strong correlation,among which the two medicine groups 10,the strongest correlation is atractylodes atractylodes ? poria cocos;Three herbs group 26,the strongest correlation is atractylodes atractylodes ? licorice + poria cocos;Four herbs group 4,the strongest relationship is atractylodes-codonopsis + licorice + poria cocos.5.Cluster analysis results of traditional Chinese medicine showed that common drugs could be divided into 8 groups and further divided into 4 groups,including basic prescription group,anti-tumor prescription group,TCM syndrome group(qi and blood deficiency group,qi and Yin deficiency group).Conclusion:1.Through literatures were summarized and the 122 doses of traditional Chinese medicine formula,118 of TCM,in the treatment of gastric cancer drugs to make up for virtual medicine,clear heat,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,drugs to the mainly distributed in the spleen,liver,lung,stomach,with adjuvant,herbs,bitter medicine,warm drug is given priority to,late gastric cancer disease factors,often more than in two qi,and qi and Yin deficiency.2.Based on cluster analysis,the traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating gastric cancer is summarized as the basic formula(ginseng,atractylodes,poria cob,licorice root,tangerine peel,pinellia ternata,coicis seed,sarcophagus seed),anti-tumor formula(banzhelia,herba longeae,zedoary),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation formula (qi Yin deficiency prescription for adding codonopsis codonopsis and yam;For patients with gastric cancer,basic formula + anti-tumor formula + qi and blood deficiency formula are used.It is a syndrome of deficiency of qi and Yin,and the use of basic formula + anti-tumor formula + qi and Yin deficiency formula. |
