Professor Jiang Shumin's Data Mining Analysis And Experience Summary For The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Purpose:To summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Jiang Shumin in treating functional dyspepsia,use the combination of case data mining research and expert interviews.Material and method:Collecting Professor Jiang Shumin’s outpatient prescription for functional dyspepsia,extracting information on traditional Chinese medicine,disease,syndrome type,drug quantity,etc.After data collation,use statistical description and TCM auxiliary platform to determine the initial main drug and addition and subtraction changes;Discuss the formation of the final syndrome and medication.Results:1.A total of 69 patients with functional dyspepsia were collected,aged(49.63±10.64)years old,34 males(49.3%),including liver and stomach disharmony syndrome(17 cases,24.6%),and spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome(19 cases,27.5%),stomach yin scarcity syndrome(6 cases,8.7%),spleen debility and qi stagnation syndrome(16 cases,23.2%),spleen and stomach debility(cold)syndrome(11 cases,15.9%),a number of 5 types of syndromes,sharing 78 Chinese medicine.The cumulative use frequency is 958 times.2.There are 28 kinds of drugs that are used more than 10 times,among which the 9 drugs with the highest frequency(more than 35 times for high-frequency drugs)are Yiyiren(Coicis semen.),Fuling(Poria),Huangqi(Astragali radix),Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma),Chuanlianzi(Toosendan fructus),Yanhusuo(Corydalis rhizoma),Sharen(Amom fructus),Baidoukou(Amomi fructus rotundus),Duanmuli(Ostreae concha).3.After the expert review and revision,identified 5 syndrome types and related changes in addition and subtraction were determined.Conclusion:1.Analyze and organize Professor Jiang Shumin’s theoretical cognition and clinical experience in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and combine the geographical characteristics of Liaoning to propose the etiology and pathogenesis and syndromedifferentiation related to emotional and seasonal changes.2.The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment measures of five syndrome types,14 kinds of main drugs,different syndrome types,concurrent addition and subtraction,and psychological dietary intervention were determined.3.Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,after reviewing and appraising by experts,it supplements and improves the parts of the data mining part that are meaningless and missing.The objective data is combined with the subjective experience,which is scientific and practical.
