| Purpose:Through data mining,Professor Jiang Shumin’s drug compatibility law in the treatment of atrophic gastritis and predicting its possible mechanism through network pharmacology,in order to summarize and expand Professor Jiang Shumin’s experience in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.Material and method:Collect the prescription data of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of atrophic gastritis,and mine the collocation law of high-frequency drugs,four Qi and five flavors,drug clustering and correlation of related drugs through SPSS modeler;Based on existing data resources such as tcmsp database,GENECARD database,pharmmapper and string platform,draw component target network diagram,protein interaction expansion,go and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis and other methods to predict the therapeutic target,pathway and mechanism of the new prescription on atrophic gastritis.Results:1.The top five drug frequencies were Astragalus membranaceus,Baiji,Fritillaria thunbergii,Corydalis yanhusuo and Sophora flavescens;The top five drug efficacy categories are heat clearing drugs,diuretic and dampness permeability drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs and phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma drugs;The cold frequency of drug property analysis was 1000 times,accounting for 29.49%,ranking first;The bitterness of drug taste analysis was 2006 times,accounting for 37.33%,ranking the first;2.The new prescriptions were Astragalus membranaceus,Baiji,Fritillaria thunbergii,Sophora flavescens and Corydalis corydalis;3.The new prescription may treat atrophic gastritis by regulating cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,analgesia and controlling inflammatory reaction.Conclusion:Professor Jiang Shumin is good at using heat clearing drugs,cold drugs and bitter drugs in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.The guiding ideology of "treating atrophic gastritis with carbuncle as the treatment" is "taking the middle coke as the balance and taking the flat period".The prescription may treat atrophic gastritis by regulating cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,analgesia and controlling inflammatory reaction. |
