Based On The Theory Of Tongjiang, The Application Of Classic Prescriptions Is Used To Treat Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On The Summary Of Experience And Research On The Laws Of Prescriptions And Medicines In Literature

Purpose: Summarize the tutor's clinical treatment experience by arranging and analyzing the instructor's medical case of treating GERD by jingfang.And provide paper data support for the identification and treatment concept of jingfang based on the "tongjiang" theory by summarizing and statistically analyzing the papers on the treatment of GERD by jingfang in recent ten years.Material and method:First,summarize the clinical treatment ideas and medication rules of clinical application of jingfang in the treatment of GERD by analyzing the collection of effective cases of GERD during the period of learning from teachers.Second,statistically analyze jingfang and drugs by searching and sorting out the papers on the treatment of GERD by single jingfang or composite jingfang in recent ten years.Results:1.The key of GERD's pathogenesis is the imbalance of zhongjiao qiji which leads to the qi of stomach rising instead of falling.The clinical treatment of GERD is based on the theory of "tongjiang" and the principle of lowing stomach qi.The tutor often clinically treat GERD with medication added or subtracted the jingfang which turns out the curative effect is distinct.2.A total of 25 meridians were involved in the literature,Among them,Banxia xiexin Decoction,Banxia Houpo Decoction,Sinian San,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction appeared more frequently.The 25 jingfang involved 43 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,The drugs were mainly cold(slightly)and warm(slightly),the tastes were mainly bitter,bitter and sweet,and the meridians were mainly lung,spleen and stomach.After cluster analysis of the 25 prescriptions,and combining with the clinical experience of the tutor,they are divided into the following five categories:(1)mildly regulating cold and heat:Banxia xiexin Decoction,Huanglian Decoction,Wumei pill,Gancao Xiexin Decoction,Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction.(2)regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm: Banxia Houpo Decoction,Xiao Banxia Decoction,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction,Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction.(3)soothing liver and harmonizing stomach: Sini San,Big Chaihu Decoction,Small chaihu Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi GanjiangDecoction,Bentun Decoction.(4)warm the middle warmer and calm the adverse-rising energy: Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Guizhi Jiagui Decoction,Wuzhuyu Decoction,Fuzi Xiexin Decoction.(5)Clearing heat and disintegrating ruffian: Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Zhizi Gancochi Decoction,Maimendong Decoction,Jupi Zhuru Decoction,Xiexin Decoction,Baihu Decoction.Conclusion:According to the clinical experience of the tutor and the results of literature analysis,the "tongjiang" legislation and the application of jingfang in the treatment of GERD are effective and worthy to promotion and application.
