| Objective:Through clinical experiment, objecting the curative effect of thedisease of convalescence cerebral infarction and the blood rheology andendothelin, which change with the different amounts on herb huangqi ofthe traditional Chinese herb medicine Buyanghuanwu Decoction. Thendiscussing the pathologic characteristic of cerebral infarction andproviding the according of clinical amounts of herb huangqi.Methods:1,120 patients coming from the inpatient department were dividedrandomly into four groups:the control group,the three treatmentgroups(15g group,45g group,120g group).There are 30 patients on eachgroup. Except the control group, the patients on the others take thetraditional Chinese herb medicine Buyanghuanwu Decoction with differentamounts herb huangqi(15g,45g,120g).The treatment time was composed of28 days.2. Before and after experiment, the blood-routine, urine-routine,blood viscosity, lever function and kidney function were examined to judgeif the Buyanghuanwu Decoction had any side-effects or toxicity.3. Observing the symptom of TCM befort and after the treatment, thengrading and comparing the therapeutic efficacy.4. Observing the neural symptoms and signs three times, before andafter the treatment, and on the 14th day of the treatment, then gradingand comparing the therapeutic efficacy.5. Observing the blood rheology before and after the treatment, thencomparing the therapeutic efficacy.6. Observing the endothelin before and after the treatment, thencomparing the therapeutic efficacy.7. making a statistical disposal with the SPSS11.0, statisticsingwith one way ANOVA, chi squar test, paired t-test, independency t-test,person correlation analysis, significance level wereα=0.05.Results:1. Through ANOVA, we could find out the symptom of TCM of treatmentgroups was much better than the control group. And through the paired t-test, we could find out the control group did not change much beforeand after treatment. Through person correlation analysis, we could find outthat the change of the symptom of TCM is direct ratio with the amountsof herb huangqi. So we could conclude that Buyanghuanwu Decoction canimprove the symptom of TCM, and the effection is direct ratio with theamounts of herb huangqi.2. The grade to the neural symptoms of convalescence cerebralinfarction prove that in the first 14 days the neural symptoms of thetreatment groups had changed significantly. And the control group did notchange much. That proved the treatment groups were much better than thecontrol group in short time. And Through person correlation analysis, wecould find out that the change of the neural symptoms is direct ratio withthe amounts of herb huangqi. After the treatment, we could find the neuralsymptoms of all groups, but 15g group was better than the control group.And Through person correlation analysis, we could find out that the changeof the neural symptoms is direct ratio with the amounts of herb huangqi.The result prove that 120g herb huangqi was best on three treatment groupsnot only in short time but also in long time.3. The change of blood rheology and endothel of the treatment groupsbefort and after the experiment were significantly, but the control groupwas not. Through person correlation analysis, we could find out that thechange of blood rheology and endothel was direct ratio with the amountsof herb huangqi. That display using more herb huangqi, the blood rheologyand endothel would be better.4. Comparing the total effective rate of all groups, we could find outthat three treatment groups were better than the control group. And the120g group was better than 45g group, the 45 group was better than 15ggroup. Through chi squar test, p＜0.05, the difference wassignificantly. That displayed the 120g group was best in three treatmentgroups.Conclusion:1. Buyanghuanwu Decoction has a constant effect on the patients ofthe disease of convalescence cerebral infarction :it could relieve thesymptoms of TCM, without any side-effects and toxicity.2. The effects to relieve the neural symptoms and signs is directratio with the amounts of herb huangqi.3. Buyanghuanwu Decoction can improve each index of the bloodrheology effectually, which can improve the disorder of hemorheology. Itcan accelerate the blood to flow in the end. The improvement is direct ratiowith the amounts of herb huangqi.4. Buyanghuanwu Decoction can reduce the endotheleffectually, which can distend the blood vessel to increase the bloodaccommodate on brain. The improvement is direct ratio with the amountsof herb huangqi.
