Professor Jiang Shumin's Academic Thoughts On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Based On Carbuncle And Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect

This thesis is mainly divided into two parts: Professor Jiang Shumin's research on the origin and clinical efficacy of ulcerative colitis from the theory of sputum,in order to summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Jiang Shi in treating this disease.Paper 1 Professor Jiang Shumin's Academic Thought of "Treating Ulcerative Colitis from Carbuncle" Purpose : To summarize Professor Jiang Shumin's academic thoughts on the treatment of ulcerative colitis and the idea of "governing from blasphemy".Material and method:From October 2016 to October 2018,38 patients with colorectal damp-heat type mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis who met the standard in the outpatient clinic of Professor Jiang Shumin of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,the enrolled patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,20 patients in the treatment group and 18 patients in the control group.The patients in both groups were given life intervention to improve their mood,improve their eating habits,avoid tobacco,and avoid alcohol.And drugs that dampen the gastrointestinal tract are prohibited.The treatment group was given to Dr.Jiang Shumin by oral administration,1 day,Shuijianbi,morning and evening.The control group received oral sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets three times a day,1 g each time.The treatment period is 3 months.After 3 months of treatment,the effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Professor Jiang Shumin's thoughts on ulcerative colitis originated from "TheYellow Emperor's Internal Classic","Treatise on Febrile Diseases",Professor Li Yuqi's academic thoughts,Professor Zhou Xuewen's academic thoughts,and Marx's dialectical materialism philosophy.2.Professor Jiang Shumin believes that ulcerative colitis is caused by spleen and stomach loss,wet and hot blood flow,no turbidity,loss of intestinal damage,and metaplasia.3.Treatment Professor Jiang Shumin always takes the three methods of "attacking","defending" and "defense" as the main task,and will treat the disease,the disease,the syndrome and the mutual participation to distinguish and cure,and advocate dialectical treatment.Although there are three methods,when the combination is used,only the attack will be turbid,and the new one will be promoted;the membrane will be more collapsed,and the spleen and kidney will be adhered to;the righteousness of the disease and the prevention of disease transmission will be rationally combined and applied.The pathogenesis can be solved.4.The establishment of "Qingzhong Zhili Tang" is the basic prescription for the treatment of this disease.The characteristics of the prescriptions are small and light,and the same kind of similarity,often built on the occasion of slow peace.Paper 2 Clinical StudyPurpose:To observe the clinical effect of professor jiang shumin's self-designed prescription "qing jie jie li tang" in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis of large intestine with damp heat.Material and method:A total of 38 cases of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis of large intestine with damp heat from October 2016 to October 2018,which met the criteria,were collected from the outpatient clinic of professor jiang shumin of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine.Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random value table method.20 patients in the treatment group and 18 patients in the control group were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Improve eating habits;Avoid smoking and alcohol;Prohibit the drug that damages gastrointestinal tract easily to wait.The treatment group was given oral prescription prepared by professor jiang shumin,1 dose per day,decocted with water and divided into morning and evening.Patients in the control group were given salazosulfopyridine enteric-coated tablets orally,3 times a day,1g each time.The treatment duration was 3 months.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results:1.Two groups of Chinese medicine symptom integral treatment group of TCM symptoms integral from 3.39 to 3.05 + /-2.44 mm,12.15 in the control group of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral from 3.02 to 4.11 + /-3.07 mm,11.78 in the two groups before and after treatment comparison(P < 0.01),all has the extremely significant difference,curative effect comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05),no significant sex difference,thus it can be seen in the two groups scheme is effective.2.Comparison of electronic colonoscopy between the two groups: in this study,there was no significant difference in the results of colonoscopy reexamination after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy evaluation of intestinal mucosa: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was83.3%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of Mayo scores between the two groups: both the treatment group and the control group had lower scores after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups were effective in treatment.Conclusion:Both the treatment group(self-designed prescription "Qingzhong Zhili Tang”improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis and promote intestinal mucosal repair.
