Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of External Application Of Yixiao Ointment In The Treatment Of Thrombotic External Hemorrhoids

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of yixiao ointment on thrombotic hemorrhoids.Methods:The research data were collected from the anorectal outpatient clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Liaoning Anorectal Hospital)from October 2017 to October 2018 and met the inclusion criteria of 60 patients.Patients who met the selection criteria were randomized to two groups of treatment observations using a random number table method.One group was treated group(one effect cream group),a total of 30 cases.One group was the control group(Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Cream Set),a total of 30 cases.The treatment group was given a topical cream for external application twice a day.The control group was externally applied to Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Cream twice a day.Both groups were treated for 7 days(one course of treatment).Pain scores,swelling degree scores,foreign body sensation scores,and local skin color scores were recorded before treatment,after 1,3,and 7 days of treatment,and the total efficacy of the two groups after one course of treatment,that is,7 days,was observed.Results:1.After treatment for one course of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group had a decrease in pain score,swelling degree,foreign body sensation score,and local skin color score compared with before treatment(P<0.05).2.On the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after treatment,the treatment group had a significant decrease in pain score,swelling degree score,and local skin color score compared with the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group had a foreign body sensation score.Compared with the control group,the decrease was significant on the 1st and 3rd day after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7th day(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% after one course of treatment,and the total effective rate after treatment was 86.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Yixiao Ointment for the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids,in terms of reducing the degree of pain,swelling,foreign body sensation,improving local skin color and clinical total curative effect,the advantages of external application of Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Cream are more obvious,safe and non-toxic side effects,can be clinically Promoted to use.
