Purpose:On the basis of previous research on acoustic and meridian,by analyzing the sensitivity of the foot yin spleen and the hand Taiyin lung to different frequencies of sound waves, the best sound transmission frequency of the two classics is obtained, and the sensitivity is linked with the light touch receptor. To lay the foundation for guiding clinical practice in the future.Material and method:In this experiment,8 healthy adult women were selected, and the experimental time was non-menstrual period.Firstly, the meridian locator is used to locate the exact location of the Yinyin,Dadu,Taibai,Gongsun,Sanyinjiao and Hand Taiyin lungs, such as Shaoshang,Yuji,Taiyuan and Jingqu, and then apply the meridian sound transmission system in two.The wells(hidden white, less quotient)input three sound waves of different frequencies of 30 Hz,70Hz,200 Hz,respectively, which are received at other acupuncture points except the well point and 2cm away from the acupuncture point(Note: the acupuncture point should not be in it.After passing or exceeding it,the data is collected and collated, and then analyzed to obtain the best sound transmission frequency of the two passes. Results: 1.When inputting 30 Hz sound wave, compared with the acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced.Except for the left side of the hole, the left side of the ruler and the right side of the ruler, the difference between the voltage value of the other control points and the positive point is statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared with the left control point, the difference between the right side of the fish and the right side of the Taiyuan was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.When inputting 70 Hz sound waves, compared with the normal acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced.Except for the left side of the column, the left side of the hole, the left side of the ruler, the right side of the hole, and the right side of the ruler, the voltage values of other control points The difference from the positive point was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the left control point, except for the right side of the hole and the right side of the ruler, the difference between the voltage value of the other control points and the left side was statistically significant.(P<0.05).3.When inputting 200 Hz sound wave, compared with the acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced.Except for the left side of the column and the left side of the ruler, the difference between the voltage value of other control points and the positive point is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control point, except for the right side of the column, the right side of the hole, and the right side of the ruler, the difference between the voltage values of the other control points and the left side was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.When inputting 30 Hz sound wave, compared with the acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced. The difference between the voltage value and the positive point of each control point is statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the left control point, except for the white right side,The right side of Gongsun and the right side of Shangqiu had statistical significance(P<0.05).5.When inputting 70 Hz sound waves, compared with the acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced.Except for the left side of Shangqiu and the right side of Shangqiu, the difference between the voltage values of other control points and the positive points was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the point on the right side of the Shangqiu, the difference between the voltage value of the other control points and the left side was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.When inputting 200 Hz sound wave, compared with the acupoints, the amplitude of the acoustic wave received by the control points on the left and right sides are reduced.Except for the left side of Shangqiu, the difference between the voltage value of other control points and the positive point is statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the left control point, except Shangqiu On the right side and the right side of Sanyinjiao, the difference between the voltage values of the other control points and the left side was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Compared with the input 30 Hz frequency, when the input is 70 Hz,except for the Taiyuan and the ruler, the attenuation rate of the other acupoints is statistically significant(P<0.05);when inputting 200 Hz,except for the Taiyuan fish and the ruler,The remaining acupoints were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the 30 Hz attenuation rate was smaller than 70 Hz and 200 Hz.8.Compared with the input 30 Hz frequency, the attenuation rate of too white is statistically significant when inputting 70Hz(P<0.05);when inputting 200 Hz,except for Gongsun and Shangqiu, the other acupoints are statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the input 70 Hz frequency, the attenuation rate at the Shangqiu is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the attenuation rate at 70 Hz is smaller than that at 30 Hz and 200 Hz.Conclusion: 1.Low frequency sound waves have the characteristics of conduction.2.The best transmission frequency of the Lung Channel of Hand-Taiyin is 30 Hz,and the best transmission frequency of the Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin is 70 Hz.The mechanism is related to the difference between the two receptors at different acupoints.
