In the fierce market competition environment,the publication of product advertisements has become an important way for most drug production and management companies to increase drug sales.On the one hand,drug advertising plays an important role in guiding patients to choose drugs reasonably and safely and guiding patients to purchase drugs.On the other hand,medicines have special characteristics compared to other commodities,and if they are poorly regulated,they pose a great threat to the property,health and life of the broad masses of the people.Objective: Through the investigation of the current situation of drug advertising management in our country,combining with the current laws and regulations related to drug advertising supervision,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of drug advertising management in our country,and analyzes the causes.Then it puts forward some solutions and countermeasures to improve the management system,strengthen the supervision of drug advertising,and provide reference for the government management department to create a healthy drug use environment.Method: This paper uses the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey to carry out the research of this topic through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Results:Through investigation,it was found that China's drug advertising supervision has "unapproved drug advertising","unauthorized tampering with drug advertising content","exaggerated drug efficacy,deceiving consumers","non-drug related drug publicity","using experts,celebrities and patients to prove " The issue of " claiming to be a natural drug with guaranteed safety " and " prescription drugs are promoted in the mass media ".The reasons for its existence include "asymmetric information,many obstacles to rights protection," "not strict censorship of advertising publications," "low efficiency of advertising supervision," and "small penalties for illegal advertisements." Conclusion:From the present point of view,our country should establish a credit rating system for pharmaceutical enterprises;We should further strengthen the review of drug advertising.At the same time,we should improve the supervision mechanism of advertising;We will focus on increasing penalties for illegal advertisements.Only through the above measures can we further improve the current situation of drug advertising supervision in China,so as to protect the safety of Chinese people's drug use.
