With the continuous development of China's medical and health industry,the state has paid more and more attention to traditional Chinese medicine,and the traditional essence of TCM has taken an important strategic position in recent years.In particular,xi jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China(CPC),emphasized the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the implementation of the healthy China strategy: "adhering to the traditional Chinese and western medicine and inheriting the development of traditional Chinese medicine".At the same time,with the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the awareness of health care for everyone is growing.However,the traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of good curative effect and small side effect,and is trusted by the majority of patients.Chinese medicine yinpian is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,how to maximize the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine yinpian,and ensure the quality of Chinese medicine yinpian is the key factor.Therefore,how to standardize the management and guarantee the quality of Chinese medicine yinchuan has become a problem that hospitals cannot ignore.Purpose: In order to find out the existing problems in the quality management of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine in Z hospital of shenyang,this paper proposes corresponding solutions.It is hoped to provide important reference for the promotion of quality management and the standardization and institutionalization of the quality management and use of traditional Chinese medicine tablets,so as to benefit the patients.Methods : This paper adopts literature research method,structured access method,unstructured access method and statistical analysis method.Shenyang was designed using the structured interview respectively Z hospital of Chinese medicine yinpian quality management questionnaire(staff)and shenyang Z hospital of Chinese medicine yinpian quality management questionnaire(patients),adopt the quota sampling of the probability sampling,100 doctors and 60 pharmacy staff and the questionnaire survey to 300 patients.An unstructured access method was used to extract 5-7 patients from the pharmacy department.The results of the survey and the interview results of collected data analysis and finishing,and USES the statistical analysis,multiple stepwise regression with spss16.0 statistical software,and set up linear regression equation,it is concluded that the significant factors affecting the quality of Chinese medicine yinpian.Results:To Z 100 doctors and hospital pharmacy 60 workers and 300 patients of research,survey of the doctor and pharmacy department personnel are mainly concentrated in the system construction,personnel training,purchase and acceptance,concocted decoction and keeping maintenance,regulate review,Chinese medicine yinpian,security and other aspects.Survey of patients have focused on system recognition,hospital pharmacy environment and facilities,staff service attitude and quality of work,Chinese medicine yinpian quality,regulate review,Chinese medicine yinpian,security and other aspects.After the investigation,it was found that all the above aspects had a certain effect on the quality management of Chinese herbal medicine in Z hospital.Conclusion:At present,the quality management of TCM decoction in Z hospital is in the procurement and acceptance of TCM decoction.Storage;Adjustment and review;Processing and frying;System and quality control;There are corresponding problems in these aspects of TCM professionals.It is suggested that Z hospital strictly control the purchase and strengthen the management of the acceptance.Improve storage and maintenance facilities and establish a perfect storage mechanism;Strengthen the standardization of the deployment process,pay attention to details;Standardize the processing and cooking process,strengthen hardware and software facilities;Establishing and improving the supervision system and quality control system and strengthening the system construction;Improve the ability and quality of the staff in all links and recruit the best.So as to improve the clinical curative effect of yinpian,give full play to the clinical value and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine yinpian,and ensure the safety of people's medication.
