Objective: The incidence and related characteristics of various mental disorders after Subacute cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region were analyzed to provide theoretical guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.Methods:In October 2018-March 2019 hospitalized in hunan province brain hospital neurosurgery of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia,its general information collected include: gender,age,occupation,marital status,economic status,personal hobby,head CT results,with or without surgical treatment,broken into the ventricle,hematoma,pathological changes,such as size,after 2 weeks in hospital patient slightly stable mental symptoms assessment,mental symptoms were evaluated to investigate the occurrence and correlation of various mental disorders in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.The Montreal Cognitive Scale(MOCA)was used to assess Cognitive function,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)was used to assess psychiatric symptoms,the Hamilton anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton Depression Scale.HAMD)assessed anxiety and depression,the Bech-rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale assessed Mania,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)assessed sleep,the Modified Rankin Scale score(MRS)assessed the degree of physical disability and the Barthel index(BI)assess daily living skills.Results: 1.among the 60 patients with Subacute basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage,4 had positive symptoms of psychosis(6.67%)and 3 had mania symptoms(5%).The bleeding sites of psychotic disorders and manic episodes were all right basal ganglia.There were 8 cases of anxiety symptoms,accounting for 13.3%.Among the 8 cases of anxiety disorder,6 cases had bleeding site at the left basal ganglia,and 2 cases had right basal ganglia.There were 23 cases(38.3%)with depressive symptoms.There were 34 cases of sleep disorder, accounting for 56.7%.There were 41 cases of cognitive dysfunction,accounting for 68.3%.2.Among the patients with cerebral hemorrhage,4 had no physical disability,accounting for 6.7%;There were 37 cases of mild physical disability,accounting for 61.7%.15 patients(25%)with moderate physical disability;There were 4 cases of severe physical disability,accounting for 6.7%.Mild functional impairment of daily living ability was found in 9 cases,accounting for 15%.There were 34 cases with moderate dysfunction,accounting for 56.7%.There were 17 cases of severe dysfunction,accounting for 28.3%.3.There was a significant positive correlation between the degree of physical disability and anxiety and depression(r=0.420,0.548,P <0.05),a negative correlation between cognitive function and anxiety and depression(r=-0.417,-0.329,P < 0.05),and a significant negative correlation between anxiety and depression in daily living ability(r=-0.405,-0.321,P < 0.05).Conclusion:.1.Patients with Subacute basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage often have hallucinations,anxiety and depression,sleep and cognitive disorders;The degree of physical disability is high,and the ability to take care of oneself in daily life is severely impaired.2.The degree of physical disability and the ability to take care of themselves in daily life were significantly correlated with anxiety and depression,and the early intervention of anxiety and depression in patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage should be paid attention to while surgical or medical treatment.
