Clinical Observation Of Yishen Shugan Decoction Combined With Letrozole In The Treatment Of Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility (kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulatory infertility(Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression),and provide evidence for clinical application.Methods:This study was carried out in the outpatient department of gynecology and gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Case collection time:February 04,2019 to October 04,2019,including 60 cases of infertility patients with ovulation disorders that met the observation conditions.Using a randomized,positive drug parallel control design method,subjects were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,and degree of illness between the two groups before treatment.The treatment group was given Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with letrozole,Yishen Shugan Decoction once a day,decoction 400ml,served twice in the morning and evening,200ml each time,even for 7 days.At the same time,letrozole combination therapy,taking method:starting from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,the initial dose is 2.5mg/d,taking at 21:00 every day,5d for 5d.Take 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Observe the clinical efficacy,symptom scores,B-ultrasound monitoring of ovulation,BBT monitoring,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and changes in safety indexes before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were clinically cured,12 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.%,The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total score of TCM symptoms of patients before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable and comparable.There was a statistically significant difference in the total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.After 78 months of treatment,the treatment group had 57 ovulation cycles and an ovulation rate of 73%.In the control group's 61 menstrual cycles,the ovulation cycle was 34,and the ovulation rate was 55%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);13 cases of pregnancy after treatment in the treatment group and 5 cases of pregnancy after treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 57 ovulation cycles in the treatment group,the basal body temperature BBT showed 38 typical biphasic,19 atypical biphasic,and 34 ovulation cycles in the control group Medium,basal body temperature BBT is 28 in typical biphasic,atypical There are 11 phases,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);the maximum follicle diameter of the two groups of patients before treatment,the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant,and has the same comparability.The diameter of the follicles increased,and the difference between the groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the diameter of the largest follicle after treatment between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is proved that Yishen Shugan combined with letrozole is effective in treating ovulatory infertility.And after treatment,the treatment group(Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with letrozole group)was significantly better than the control group(letrozole group)in improving clinical symptoms and TCM symptom scores compared with before treatment.After treatment,the diameter and BBT monitoring of B-ultrasound in the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The comparison of pregnancy rate and ovulation rate between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group,it is worth further promotion.
