The Effect Of Shengxian Decoction On Patients With Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency In The Late Stage Of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS)

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shengxian decoction on Ventilator dependengce patients with lung and kidney deficiency of Acuterespiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods Incorporating into 59 cases of Western medicine diagnosis of Ventilator dependengce patients with lung and kidney deficiency of Acuterespiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)..According to random number method,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given medical conventional treatment,the control group was given medical conventional treatment and taking orally Shengxian decoction.The course of treatment is 14 days.After a course of treatment effective rate,APACHE?,oxygenation index,arteral blood das analysis,infection index,withdrawal success rate,mechanical ventilation time were monitored.Results After treatment,treatment effective rate and mechanical ventilation time of the treatment group and control group significantly reduced,APACHE?,oxygenation index,arteral blood das analysis,infection index,withdrawal success rate of the treatment group and control group significantly improved,the degree of the improvement of the treatment groupwas significantly better than control group.Conclusion Shengxian decoction ingested can effectively improve Acuterespiratory distress syndrome patients' clinical sympoms,therapeutic effect of Shenxian decoction combination of Chinese and Western medicine is better than pure Western medicine.
