Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Lung And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Stable Phase By Invigorating Lung And Kidney Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of pulmonary kidney deficiency syndrome(COPD)in patients with COPD.Methods: Collected in Shanxi Province of shanxi university of TCM hospital which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine geriatrics second plateau lung kidney deficiency syndrome of COPD patients 66 cases,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 33 cases with the control group given thiamethoxam bromide inhaled dose of conventional treatment,the treatment group was added for the use of strengthening lung and benefiting kidney,treatment for 3months,observed in each group before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of lung function Serum levels of peripheral immune cells such as changes of the indicators,to explore the clinical value and reliability.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome differentiation(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The effective rate was 93.76% in the treatment group,and 57.57% in the control group.(2)After treatment,the pulmonary function index(FEV1% predicted FEV1/FVC%)was increased in the two groups before treatment,but no statistical significance(P>0.05)was not statistically significant.(3)After treatment,the serum CD4+ CD4+/CD8+ of T lymphocyte index in the treatment group was decreased compared with that before treatment,and the control group showed no significant change before treatment,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Before and after treatment of the two groups,the safety indicators(blood routine blood biochemical and electrocardiogram,etc.)were not detected,and the patients did not have any side effects such as adverse symptoms and allergic reactions.Conclusion: In order to effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with COPD,improve pulmonary ventilation function,regulate immunity,and have no obvious adverse reactions,clinical application is safe and effective and worth promoting.
