[Objectives]Prof.Ling Xiangli studied under the title of Mr.Ouyang Qi,a famous doctor in Hunan.She has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years.She has rich experience in clinical trials and has formed a unique style of academic treatment of spleen-stomach diseases.In this study,through reading and studying the relevant literature of Professor Ling Xiangli,summarizing its ideological characteristics of treating spleen and stomach;at the same time,using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform to conduct data mining for gastric pain,abdominal pain,and hiccup medical cases,and summarizing its prescription drug laws.[Methods]This study includes two aspects.The first is to carefully review and study the relevant literature of Professor Ling Xiangli and trace the origin of her academic thought.Through studying the literature,out-patient clinics,and interviews,to summarize Professor Ling Xiangli's academic ideology of treating spleen-stomach diseases.The second is to collect the medical case of Professor Ling Xiangli's treatment of stomachache,abdominal pain,and rebellion during the work of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.First of all,the collected medical records are categorized and the contents of medical records are standardized so that later data analysis can be accurate.Secondly,the collected medical record information is entered into the Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5),and the medical record data is processed through the multiple data mining methods integrated in the software to obtain the analysis result.[Results]1.Prof.Ling Xiangli's traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment ideas inherited the concept of "combination of illness,harmony and balance" of Mr.Ouyang Qi,a famous doctor of Huxiang.She has repeatedly condensed and deepened the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated it into her own experience.And creeped up distinctive style of clinical syndrome differentiation.Studying Professor Ling Xiangli's relevant literature,summarizing her thoughts on the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in the following four aspects:? The combination of illnesses,the primary and secondary changes,the specimens both taking and account ? Re-evaluation,and for the expensive ? Flirting,qi machine,? With medium as the body,west as the use.2.Data analysis of the medical records of medical cases through the Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5).It can be found that Prof.Ling Xiangli's prescriptions for treating stomach pain,abdominal pain and hyperkinesia are commonly used drugs,key drugs of the prescription,frequently used drugs of high frequency in combination,the core components for the treatment of stomach pain,abdominal pain,and reversal were obtained,and a new prescription was obtained from analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5).[Conclusions]1.After reading the relevant literature of Professor Ling Xiangli,we can see that the academic thought of treating spleen and stomach was inherited by Mr.Ouyang Qi,a famous doctor in Huxiang,and it was summarized as the combination of illness,balance and thought,flirtatiousness,and Chinese and Western aspects.2.Through the use of Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)to analyze Prof.Ling Xiangli's medical treatment of stomachache,abdominal pain,and hiccup,and unearthed its potential prescription drug regimen,analyze Professor Ling Xiangli's high-frequency drugs,key drugs,core drug combinations,key drug pairs and drug combinations,and new prescriptions in the prescription drug.It can be seen that Professor Fang Ling's drug use patterns are in line with Professor Ling's academic ideology in identifying spleen-stomach diseases.
