A Research On Professor Guo Shuyun’s SPleen-stomach Academic Thinking And Clinical Experience

Objective:Spleen-Stomach Disease is a common frdquently encountered disease in apartment of internal medicine in TCM. In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and social development, the incidence of Spleen-stomach disease is significantly increased. The Spleen-stomach disease of TCM is of ancient origin and long envelopment which posse’s good clinical effect and has the unique advantages. Professor Guo Shuyun, is the fifth batch of the Chinese academic experience inheritance guidance teachers, the national secondary Professor, the chief physician, the doctoral super-visor and the first famous doctors of TCM in Henan Province. Under the guiding of Chinese Medicine Master Professor Li Zhenhua, Professor Guo Shuyun inherits and develops his academic experiences.Professor Guo Shuyun who engaged in clinical and teaching for nearly forty years, diligent studying of ancient medical books, absorbing the merits of ancient physicians and devoted herself to the study of the spleen-stomach disease, has formed a relatively systematic and perfect academic thought of the spleen-stomach disease and the clinical experience, especially by treating from removing blood stasis of stomachache has unique insights and experience. To inherit and develop the TCM academic thought of famous veteran doctors of TCM and improve the clinical curative effect of TCM in treating spleen-stomach disease, the subject gives a systematic and deep analyzing, summarizing, sorting and researching on the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Guo Shuyun in spleen-stomach disease.Methods:1.This research conduct a systematic review on the history and theoretical origin of Guo Shuyun’s academic heritage, through her clinical and inheritance studies, including the traditional clinical paternity diagnosis,collection and analysis of medical cases,reading and finishing the papers and works reflecting her academic thought and clinical experi-ence,combining with own clinical experience,etc, and make a summary on the academic thought of treatment of spleen-stomach disease, the Charact eristic of syndrome differentiation and treatment in clinical practice,the law of prescriptions and using Drugs.2. Using modern data mining technology and applying TCM heritage auxiliary system platform, the research make drug frequency analysis and association rules analysis on the Professor Guo Shuyun’s prescription of 281 cases of stasis removing treatment of chronic stomachache. And analyze the medicine law and experience of stasis removing treatment of stomachache of Professor Guo Shuyun, with the application of the improved mutual information method and the data mining methods based on complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised clustering.Result:The study is divided into three parts.Part One summary.System Guo Shuyun Professor academic context, sort out its academic origin, Combined with her development experience, Guo Shuyun Academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of spleen stomach diseases was summarized. The views of various schools of TCM on the theory of the spleen and stomach are introduced in this paper.Part Two Summarization and research of academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Guo Shuyun diagnosis and treatment of spleen-stomach disease.Professor Guo Shuyun deep study of classic, rigorous scholarship, brave to practice, full participation in the West and continuous innovation, has formed the following academic thought and clinical experience of spleen-stomach disease after many years of practice and verification.Professor Guo Shuyun’s academic thoughts on the theory of the spleenstomach disease1. This study collected Guo Shuyun professor from blood stasis on treatment of Gastralgia of 281 cases of medical record, differentiation of symptoms and signs with qi stagnation and blood stasis is the most common(32.38%). Stomach pain accompanying symptoms from high to low in the order followed by belching(32.03%), acid regurgitation(30.96%), epigastric fullness(30.6%), anorexia(24.55%), diarrhea(20.28%), nausea and vomiting(17.08%), fatigue(11.39%).The drug frequency statistics analysis, extracted from Prof. Guo Shuyun’s from the theory of Blood Stasis Treatment of stomachache commonly used drugs for Corydalis Yanhusuo; Fructus Toosendan; Poria Cocos; Poria Cocos; Fructus Amomi; Salvia Miltiorrhiza; Fructus Aurantii Immaturus; Fructus Aurantii Immaturus; Rhizoma Curcumae; Rhizoma Curcumae; Dioscorea Opposita etc. These drugs effect with Qi and blood, spleen, and medium power. And were further refined gas stagnation and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis, yin deficiency syndrome of blood stasis and heat Sheng and blood stasis card six syndrome types of commonly used drugs. The association rule analysis of drug combinations: Corydalis Yanhusuo& Fructus Toosendan; Atractylodes Macrocephala& Fructus Aurantii Immaturus; Salvia Miltiorrhiza& Fructus Amomi; Atractylodes Macrocephala& Poria Cocos; Dioscorea Opposita& Poria Cocos; Rhizoma Curcumae& Rhizoma Curcumae; Faeces Trogopterori& Pollen Typhae; Semen Pharbitidis& Semen Pharbitidis; Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli& Massa Medicata Fermentata; Concha Arcae& Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Preparata cum Melle&Os Sepiae; Dioscorea Opposita&Poria Cocos; Fructus Toosendan&Corydalis Yanhusuo; White Peony Root&Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Preparata cum Melle. Based on the improved mutual information about correlation degree analysis between drug, Rhizoma Curcumae; Pseudostellaria Heterophylla; Canavalia Gladiata; Calyx Kaki; Fructus Amomi; Pinellia Tuber; Rhizoma Curcumae; Astragalus Membranaceus; Pseudostellaria Heterophylla; Radix Curcumae; Cyperus Rotundus. 20 core drugs combinations were obtained by the complex system entropy clustering analysis. Based on the application of unsupervised clustering algorithm, 10 new prescriptions were obtained and 5 new prescriptions were used to Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of stomachache.Conclusion: The results of this research are generally reflected in the academic thought and the clinical experience of Professor Guo Shuyun’s spleen-stomach diseases. Combined with data mining technology, to refine and analysis, systematically summed up Prof. Guo Shuyun’s treating from blood stasis stomach pain medication regularity and experience. Stasis can be divided into visible blood stasis and invisible stasis caused by Gastralgia, and summed up the “blood stasis syndrome of stomach six indications”, which perfects the theoretical system of stomachache. Professor Guo Shuyun own rigorous academic spirit and her spleen-stomach disease academic thoughts and clinical experience is worth learning, inherit and develop for us.
