A Comparative Study On The Effects Of Two Different Formulations Of Sijunzi Ointment On Gastrointestinal Function In Rats With Spleen-qi Deficiency

Objective: To compare the effects of granule medicinal extract of Sijunzi and traditional medicinal extract of Sijunzi on gastrointestinal function 、GAS、MTL and Ach E、NOS activity of spleen-qi deficiency model rats.To expound the mechanism of Sijunzi ointment in treating spleen qi deficiency syndrome,which can improve the research of traditional Chinese medicine dosage form innovation.Method: 60 SD rats in total,using the digital random method randomly divided into 5 group,the normal group,model group,Sijunzi granule paste group,Sijunzi traditional paste group,and Sijunzi prescription,each group of twelve rates.Each group was establish by the methods of impair Qi + over-fatigue type + improper diet about 2 weeks.Each group was treated with Sijunzi granule paste 2.7 g/kg,Sijunzi traditional paste 2.7 g/kg,and Sijunzi prescription 3.35 g/kg,the normal group and model group were given 10ml/kg distilled water daily.At the end of the fourth week,rats in each group were sacrificed after the last stimulation,jejunal tissue was taken,and the attaining was used to observe the pathological changes of jejunal tissue.ELISA and immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the GAS,MTL and ACHE,NOS concentrations.During the experiment,the body mass,swimming time and Anal temperature of each group were recorded,and the gastric residual rate and intestinal propulsion rate were calculated.Results: compared with the model group,the body mass,swimming time,Anal temperature,small intestine propulsive rate,GAS,MTL and ache of the rats in the granule paste group,the traditional paste group and the decoction group increased significantly,while the gastric residual rate and NOS activity decreased significantly,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the granule group and the traditional group in ache,NOS activity level,serum gas,MTL content,stomach residual rate,small intestine propulsion rate,body mass,swimming time and Anal temperature(P>0.05).Conclusion: The two kind of medicinal extract of Sijunzi can improve the GAS、MTL、Ach E activity,bring down NOS activity,Both medicinal extract of Sijunzi can improve the gastrointestinal motility of rats with spleen deficiency syndrome by regulating gastrointestinal motilin and neurotransmitter.
