Objective: To study the effect of the rolling manipulation on TGF-?1,IL-6 and TNF-? in rabbit skeletal muscle injury and to explore the mechanism of the rolling manipulation in promoting the repair of rabbit skeletal muscle injury.Method: Thirty New Zealand white rabbits,half male and half female,aged 3 months,were randomly divided into three groups: blank group(n = 6),control group(n = 12)and manipulation group(n = 12).Blank group was the normal control group;control group and manipulation group were used to hit the quadriceps femoris of the right hind limb of New Zealand rabbits with self-made gravity hammer to build the model of skeletal muscle injury.Manipulation group started to carry out the rolling manipulation intervention on the 5th day after the model establishment,that is,the tissue organization period,5 minutes / time,2 times / day,for 3 consecutive days of massage treatment;control group only carried out the binding treatment when manipulation group was treated;each group the rabbits were killed by air injection into the ear edge vein on the first day after the treatment,,and the contents of TGF-?1,IL-6 and TNF-? were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: TGF-? 1 in the manipulation group intervened by the rolling manipulation was significantly lower than that in the control group without the rolling manipulation intervention,and higher than that in the blank group;while the inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-? in the manipulation group were higher than that in the blank group,lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The intervention of the rolling manipulation on the tissue organization stage of rabbit skeletal muscle injury can reduce the tissue fibrosis by regulating the expression level of TGF-? 1,improve the quality of repair and promote the repair of the injury.2.The rolling manipulation can promote the repair of skeletal muscle injury and improve the quality of repair by reducing the expression level of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-?,reducing the local inflammatory response and further damage to cell tissue.
