Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).to explore the effect of opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging treatment on facial muscle function and electrophysiological performance of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome),and to compare the efficacy of this method with that of conventional acupuncture in the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome). Methods:To observe the clinical efficacy of opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).to explore the effect of opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging treatment on facial muscle function and electrophysiological performance of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome),and to compare the efficacy of this method with that of conventional acupuncture in the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).Sixty patients who met the diagnostic and dialectical classification criteria of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)were divided into opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group according to the principle of random allocation,30 patients in each group were treated for four courses according to the treatment scheme. The facial nerve electromyogram was examined before and after treatment, and the Toronto Facial Nerve Assessment System(TGS)was tested and evaluated before and after each course of treatment for patients with peripheral facial paralysis. All data were statistically analyzed by statistical software spss 21.0.Results:1.The difference of neuromyography and TGS scores between the two groups of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the giant needle method combined with conventional acupuncture staging treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome). After treatment, the difference in facial nerve electromyogram and TGS scores between the opposing needling method combined with conventional acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the opposing needling method combined with conventional acupuncture group improved facial nerve function and symptoms more significantly than the conventional acupuncture group in patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).2.Opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture group:20 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 9 6.67%;14 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.68%.Compared between the two group s,the curative effect of giant acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)was better than that of conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment can effectively improve facial nerve function and symptoms in patients with peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).2.The curative effect of staging opposing needling combined with conventional acupuncture staging in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)is better than that of conventional acupuncture and worth application and dissemination.
