| Purpose:Through the method of data mining,analyze and summarize the medication rules of modern Chinese medicine for the treatment of atopic dermatitis,and provide references and ideas for clinical medication.Material and method:Retrieving the relevant literatures related to the treatment of atopic dermatitis by traditional Chinese medicine and the thesis of graduates from various universities and colleges in the three databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from January1989 to December 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen out the documents that meet the requirements and extract the effective prescription.Use Microsoft Excel to count the data of frequency,frequency,category,sexual taste of menstruation of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,and use SPSS to perform correlation analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs,and make corresponding charts to summarize the treatment of atopic dermatitis by oral administration Medication rules.Results:1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,148 qualified documents were finally selected,and 186 effective prescriptions were extracted,which contained 163 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total citation frequency of 1887.2.The top ten most frequently used single drugs for atopic dermatitis are Licorice,Poria,Atractylodes,Radix rehmanniae,Angelica,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Densefruit pittany root-bark,Coix seed,Astragalus,Sophora flavescens.3.The top five most frequently used drugs in the classification are in order tonics(27.08%),heat-clearing drugs(25.91%),diuretic drugs(15.10%),anti-drug drugs(9.43%),and Pingganxifeng drugs(5.62%).4.Among the medications used to treat atopic dermatitis,cold drugs are the most common,accounting for 43.34%,followed by warm drugs,accounting for 29.97%.The most common flavors are sweet(37.01%),bitter(29.78%),and spicy(18.18%),mainly liver(17.86%),spleen(17.84%),lung(13.53%),heart(13.51%),stomach(13.17%).5.Correlation analysis of a total of 38 high-frequency drugs with a frequency of ≥15 was conducted,and 12 groups of commonly used drug pairs and 34 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained.Cluster analysis showed that the results can be divided into3 categories.Conclusion:1.The principles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atopic dermatitis are invigorating qi and spleen,nourishing blood and moistening skin,clearing away heat and dampness.2.Modern doctors usually treat atopic dermatitis from the two channels of liver and spleen.In clinical practice,they often use bitter cold products to dry and clear away dampness and heat;sweet and warm products to replenish qi and blood,invigorate spleen and stomach;sweet and cold products to nourish yin and moisten dryness;sweet and light products to invigorate spleen and promote dampness;pungent drugs to dispel wind and stop itching,and promote qi and blood circulation.3.Commonly used drugs for the treatment of atopic dermatitis are Licorice,Poria,Atractylodes,Radix rehmanniae,Angelica,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Densefruit pittany root-bark,Coix seed,Astragalus,Sophora flavescens,etc.,the commonly used drug pairs are Oyster,Keel,etc.,the commonly used drug combinations are White peony root,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Angelica and Tribulus terrestris,Astragalus,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Angelica,etc.,the commonly used prescriptions are dehumidification Weiling decoction,Shenling Baizhu powder,Xiaofeng powder,Ziyin dehumidification decoction,angelica Drink. |
