Purpose: The purpose is to summarize the clinical data of patients with digestive tract tumor including pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction and incomplete obstruction,as well as the drug use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to explore the clinical potential law and treatment ideas.Materials and methods: The retrospective analysis method is used for study. The study subjects were the clinical data of patients with digestive tract tumor correlation except biliary obstruction, including pyloric obstruction, hospitalized in the inpatient oncology department of the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 26,2017 to September 26,2019.We quantify the clinical data of patients, input the data into the Microsoft Excel, and we quantify some of the text data from several aspects of gender, age, cancer, syndromes, medication. Then we conduct statistical analysis and summary to explore the potential law in clinical data.Furthermore,we input the use of the pieces into the Microsoft Excel, and the pieces with high frequency were used for systematic cluster analysis to analyze the use frequency of the pieces and summarize the medication rules.Results:1.The clinical data collected from 81 cases of digestive tract tumors with digestive tract obstruction(intestinal obstruction, incomplete intestinal obstruction, pyloric obstruction)showed that the disease was most common in patients with digestive tract tumors over 51 years of age(including 51 years of age),and there is no statistical difference in the incidence of different age groups.Among them, patients aged between 61 and 70 had the highest incidence.2.Of the 81 cases of clinical data collected, the colon cancer patients had the most frequent digestive tract obstruction, followed by gastric and rectal cancer, and the least was duodenalmalignancy.3.The distribution of syndrome types is in turn “healthy energy deficiency and evil excess”,“qi-stagnancy and blood stasis”,“heat accumulation of viscera”,“pathogenic cold attacking directly the spleen and stomach”.4.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical benefits on the basis of western medicine treatment.5.The use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are as follows: Among them, licorice, radix scrophulariae, poria cocos, semen coicis, radix pseudostellariae and other drugs helping develop immunity from disease are used most often.Through systematic cluster analysis, the usage of high frequency decoction pieces can be divided into the following four groups: clearing heat and resolving phlegm, strengthening spleen and invigorating qi,nourishing Yin and nourishing Yang, and relieving blood stasis.Conclusion:Middle-aged and elderly patients with digestive tract obstruction associated with gastrointestinal tumors are the main morbidity group, and their symptoms are the coexistence of positive, negative and pathogenic factors. The participation of TCM treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical benefits on the basis of western medicine. In the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,we should focus on dispelling pathogenic factors, and pay attention to the individualized treatment.
