| Purpose : Professor Chen Ying believes the root of Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the target.In the treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis,the first step is to promote blood circulation and remove stasis,then benefiting Qi to reinforce Chong Ren for hemostasis.In this study,we used the platform V2.5 to collect,summarize,sort and mine the data of the clinical medical records of Professor Chen Ying's treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis,breaking through the traditional and single subjective analysis,combined with the mature computer technology,this paper explores and excavates the dominant and invisible laws of the drug use and prescription,and obtains scientific,true and accurate data,which provides the objective and powerful data support for the tutor's academic thought.Material and method : In this paper,Professor Chen Ying's academic thought,medication rules and clinical experience in treating Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis are summarized.A total of 306 medical records with clinical efficacy were collected from 102 patients in the Gynecology Department of the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which professor Chen Ying treated from January 2016 to January 2020,the database of clinical medical records of Professor Chen Ying's treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis is established by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine(V2.5).The data of the target medical records are mined and calculated by using the general statistical method,text mining and association rules of the platform.Results:1.General Situation: The disease occurred in women of childbearing age(21-45 years old),59(58%),74(73%)of 102 patients with Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis had other menses before onset,46(45%)had other diseases,of which 22(48%)had polycystic disease,accounting for the most;The endometrial thickness was mainly 0.61-1.2 cm in 75 cases(73%).2.Symptoms(including the tongue and pulse): The top 6 of the frequency of symptoms are: "Blood Clot"(91 frequency),"lumbosacral Soreness"(82 frequency),"Fatigue"(54frequency),"Insomnia"(51 frequency),"Dysmenorrhea"(43 frequency),"Premenstrual Breast Pain"(40 frequency);Among the 263 tongue images,12(67%)were "fat tongue" and "teeth tongue",12(35%)were "dark" tongue color,"petechiae" and "Ecchymosis",and 252 were "heavy","thin" and "stringy" pulse,the frequency of “heavy and thin” pulse is 121(48%),the frequency of” thin and stringy” pulse is 77(30%).Syndrome types: 102 patients with 8types of syndrome: Syndrome of Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis 37 times(36%),Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome 16 times(16%),Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome 15 times(15%),Blood Stasis Syndrome 9 times(9%),Spleen and Kidney Deficiency syndrome 8 times(8%),Spleen Deficiency Syndrome 6 times(6%),Blood Heat Syndrome 3 times(3%).3.The frequency of four-qi and five-flavor drugs is 5876,2667(45%)for warm medicine,1636(28%)for plain medicine,1343(23%)for cold medicine,229(4%)for cool medicine,and1(0%)for hot medicine.The frequency of five-flavor drugs is 9672,2818(29%)for sweet medicine,2812(28%)for bitter medicine,the frequency of pungent herbs was 1820(19%),astringent herbs 1040(11%),sour herbs 759(8%),salty herbs 423(5%),the total frequency of Meridians was 13605,the highest frequency of three Meridians were Liver Meridians4359(32%),Spleen meridians 2179(16%)and Kidney meridians 1974(14%).4.HIGH-FREQUENCY CORE DRUGS: 21 kinds of bleeding period(Fried Licorice Root,Cuttlebone,Atractylodes Macrocephala,White Peony Root,Lotus Joint,Dragon Bone,Chai Hu,Oyster,Cornus Officinalis,Madder Root,Astragalus Membranaceus,Cooked Rehmannia,Chuanxiong,Danggui,Cockscomb Flower,Peach Kernel,Orange Shell,Red Peony Root,Platycodon Root,Safflower);Hemostasia 13 species(Atractylodes Macrocephala,Prepared Licorice Root,Poria,Chuanxiong,Spatholobus Suberectus,Rhizoma Cyperi,Dodder,Raspberry,Tangerine Peel,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Eucommiae,Radix Astragali).Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Ying believes that the root of Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the target.In clinical practice,the syndrome of deficiency and excess is common,and the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most common;in the bleeding stage,the treatment should first activate blood to remove blood stasis,then benefit Qi consolidation and Chong hemostasis,and in the bleeding stage,the treatment should be based on the liver,spleen and kidney,taking into account both stasis,chengyuan to restore the old,regulate the strength.2.In this study,we found that women of childbearing age were the most common group,73% of the 102 patients with Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis had other menstrual disorders before onset,and 45% had other diseases,of which 48% had polycystic diseases,it is suggested that ovarian polycystic disease is one of the main causes of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis.3.Analysis of the symptoms and the tongue and pulse of the patients showed that most of them were deficiency of spleen-qi,deficiency of kidney,and blood stasis.Liver depression exists in the form of Concurrent Syndrome.4.The most common syndrome type of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis was Qi deficiency and blood stasis(36%),and 67% of them were exist in the form of mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess.They always due to Spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency(88%),blood stasis(75%).5.According to the analysis of the drugs,four kinds of Qi were mainly warm medicine(28%),plain medicine(28%),cold medicine(23%),five kinds were mainly sweet medicine(29%),bitter medicine(28%),pungent medicine(19%),and the meridians were mainly liver(32%),spleen(16%)and kidney(14%).6.According to the analysis of the rules of high frequency drugs and traditional Chinese medicine,the core drugs used in the bleeding phase can be divided into blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.The core drugs used in hemostasis period were spleen-invigorating and qi-reinforcing and solid-chong drugs. |
