Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Wang Dongmei In Treating Metrorrhagia And Metrostaxis Based On TCM Inheritance Platform

Objective: to collect and sort out the cases of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treated by Professor Wang Dongmei,and analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine through data mining platforms such as "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)",so as to inherit her academic thought and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: the medical records of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis who met the inclusion criteria from September 2018 to September2020 were collected.According to the bleeding situation,it can be divided into two stages: bleeding period and blood termination period.The prescription medication is entered into the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)",and the overall data mining and hierarchical data mining are carried out to summarize the medication rules and clinical experience in the treatment of this disease.Results: a total of 75 patients were included in this study,and 150 prescriptions were collected,including 89 prescriptions in bleeding period and 61 prescriptions in blood termination period.The top 10 Chinese herbal medicines in the overall frequency of drug use were Eclipta,Codonopsis,Radix Astragali,oyster,pollen Typhae,Agrimonia pilosula,Rehmannia glutinous,Cortex Moutan,Gardenia jasminoides and Ligustrum lucidum.The four qi of drugs are mainly cold,warm and flat,the five flavors of drugs are mainly sweet,bitter and astringent,and Liver,kidney and spleen are the main channels of drugs.According to the drug relationship analysis and cluster analysis,3 groups of drug combination in bleeding period and4 groups of drug combination in blood termination period.were obtained.Conclusion: Professor Wang Dongmei believes that metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is due to the dysfunction of kidney,liver and spleen,as well as pathological factors such as fire heat and blood stasis.In the treatment,the flexible use of "plug flow,clear source,restore old" three methods,bleeding to stop bleeding as the first priority,tonifying Qi,Nourishing Yin,clearing heat,invigorate the circulation of blood.After stopping the blood flow,it can clear the source,invigorate the kidney,liver and spleen,nourish yin,clear away heat and remove blood stasis.In combination with the physiological characteristics of women’s menstrual cycle,syndrome differentiation and treatment are applied to regulate menstruation and consolidate the foundation,so as to help patients recover normal menstruation.
