| Purpose:Analyze the etiology distribution characteristics of pediatric community acquired pneumonia in our hospital in 2018,and then a retrospective study of the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Qingfei Mixture for the treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.To provide ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the region.Material and method:A total of 911 children with CAP diagnosed in the Pediatric Inpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected from January 2018 to December 2018 in this study.All children were diagnosed and treated according to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Pathway of Pneumonia and Cough(Pneumonia)" in "Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Pathway of22 Specialties and 95 Diseases" formulated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Seven viruses routinely tested,as well as Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia pneumoniae,within 24 hours of admission.Retrospective analysis of patients’ general conditions,pathogenic conditions,clinical manifestations,TCM syndromes and treatment plan and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods.Establish a clinical case database by entering Excel to analyze the common etiology of CAP in children in the region,and the clinical effect of Xiaoer Qingfei Mixture on RSV pneumonia.Results:1.The pediatric inpatient CAP children in our hospital are mainly preschool and school-age children,who over 3 years old accounting for 82.5%.The incidence rate is highest in autumn and winter,and gender has no statistical significance.2.Of the 911 children with CAP,641 were positive in etiology,with a total positive rate of70.3%.Among them,the top three pathogens were MP 490(53.8%),RSV 144(15.8%),HSV120(13.2%);364 cases were virus infection(40.0%),264 cases were mixed infection(29.0%).3.The pathogen detection rate was different in each season,and the virus detection rate was higher in autumn and winter than in spring.The detection rate of MP was highest in autumn,and higher in summer than in spring.4.There is a difference in the detection rate of pathogens among children of different ages,and the positive rate of detection of pathogens is higher in the older age group.The positive rate of MP showed a rapid upward trend with age.The positive rate of MP in school-age children was the highest.5.In the treatment group,Xiaoer Qingfei Mixture combined with Xiyanping Injection was effective in treating 92 children with RSV pneumonia.There was a significant difference in the mean scores of disease points before and after treatment between both two teams.The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.22%,which was higher than that of the Xiyanping group(85.71%).The difference between the two groups is statistically significant in temporarily increasing the number of nebulizer use.Conclusion:1.The incidence of pediatric pneumonia in Shenyang is not related to gender,but to age.It can occur in all seasons,mainly in autumn and winter.2.The main pathogen of children with CAP in our hospital in 2018 is MP,followed by RSV.The incidence of mixed infection is high.3.The virus is more susceptible in autumn and winter than in spring.RSV is the predominant virus pathogen in children over 3 years old,and young children are more likely to be infected with HSV.4.Summer and autumn are the high incidence seasons of MP in Shenyang.School age children are the high incidence population of MP.5.Xiaoer Qingfei Mixture is effective in treating RSV pneumonia,has better antitussive and antiasthmatic effects,and can improve clinical healing rate. |
