Purpose:Through retrospective analysis, evaluation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of glomerular hematuria in patients with qi and yin deficiency in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency by clinical methods are conducted to guide clinical practice and promote more reasonable and accurate medication.Material and method:This retrospective study collected a total of 249 cases of glomerulonephritis with a syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency in the nephrology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June2018 to June 2019.Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,There were 184 cases with glomerular hematuria,13 incomplete data,28 cases with other systemic diseases,4 cases beyond the age range,79 cases without the drug used in this research, and 60 cases were finally included. There were 33 cases in group A and 27 cases in group B.Among them,33 cases were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection + Zhixue Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment, which was called group A;27 cases were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection + Shenyan Kangfu Tablet, which was called group B.Both groups A and B were hospitalized for one course of treatment(15 days).Based on the detailed records of each patient's course records, they summarized and compared the changes in TCM symptoms before and after treatment and the western medicine laboratory tests such as urine sediment red blood cell counts.,Microscopic red blood cell count, liver function, kidney function,etc.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of western medicine in the two groups: the total effective rate of group A was 84.85%,and the total effective rate of group B was 70.37%.The clinical efficacy of western medicine in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,with statistical differences(P <0.05).2.The curative effect of TCM symptoms in two groups: the total efficiency of group A was96.97%,and the total effective rate of group B was 66.67%.The efficacy of TCM symptomsin group A was significantly higher than that in group B,with very significant statistical difference(P <0.05).3.After treatment, the red blood cell count and microscopic red blood cell count of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).The effect of group A was better than that of group B,with statistical difference(P <0.05).4.Comparison of the improvement of single Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups.Group A had better fatigue and fatigue, five upsets, lower back pain, dry mouth and dry throat than group B,with significant statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of glomerular hematuria with qi and yin deficiency by using the righting blood taking method has been tested in western medicine laboratories such as the number of red blood cells in urine sediment, the number of red blood cells under uroscopy, and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as fatigue, five upset fever, back pain The obvious improvement is suitable for clinical use and can be promoted as clinical medicine.
