PurposeTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yushen Zhixue Prescription in treating glomerular hematuria with deficiency of both kidney Qi and Yin and dampness-heat syndrome,to explore the pathogenesis of glomerular hematuria and the rule of syndrome and treatment,to summarize Professor Ma Xiaoyan's academic thought on treating glomerular hematuria, and to put forward new ideas for the differentiation and treatment of glomerular hematuria.Material and MethodThe clinical data of 67 patients with glomerular hematuria from September 2016 to December 2018 in the outpatient department of nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively reviewed.According to different treatment methods,67 patients were included in the treatment group and the control group. The patients treated with Yushen Zhixue Decoction plus Shenyankangfu Tablets and Huaiqi Huang Granules were included in the treatment group.A total of 36 patients treated with Shenyankangfu Tablets and Huaiqi Huang Granules were included in the control group.A total of 31 patients treated with Shenfukang Tablets and Huaiqi Huang Granules were included in the control group. Both groups were treated with 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Relevant indicators were recorded and sorted out before and after treatment.Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results1.After the course of treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 91.67%,while that in the control group was 67.74%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the treatment group had better effect in improving the symptoms of lumbago, weakness of knee, dull complexion, fatigue, greasy mouth and yellow-red urine(P < 0.05).3.After the course of treatment, the urinary sediment erythrocyte count and microscopic erythrocyte count of the treatment group and the control group were significantly reduced(P< 0.05),and the treatment group had a significant advantage over the control group(P < 0.05).4.After the course of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was88.89%,while that of the control group was 61.29%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).5.During the whole course of treatment, the vital signs of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were stable,no adverse drug reactions occurred, and no abnormal changes in liver and kidney functions were observed, indicating that both groups were safe and reliable.Conclusion1.The addition or subtraction of Yushen Zhixue Prescription can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of glomerular hematuria with deficiency of both kidney Qi and Yin and dampness-heat syndrome, significantly reduce the urinary sediment red blood cell count and microscopic red blood cell examination, which is safe and non-toxic.2.This study considers that the main pathogenesis of glomerular hematuria is deficiency of both kidney Qi and Yin and dampness and heat.It is suggested that tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,cooling blood and stopping bleeding, clearing away dampness and heat and dispelling pathogenic factors should be combined with three methods, which can be added or subtracted according to the symptoms, and the curative effect is reliable.3.Invigorating the kidney, strengthening the kidney, eliminating dampness and absorbing blood, clearing away dampness and heat, from beginning to end, cooling blood and treating symptoms, cautiously using charcoal drugs, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating meridians and collaterals, treating both lungs and kidneys, and preventing recurrence are commonly used methods for the treatment of renal hematuria by tutors.
