Based On Data Mining To Explore The Rule Analysis Of The Treatment Of Diabetic Microvascular Complications Based On Blood Stasis

Purpose: Based on the software of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Assistance Platform(V2.5)”,summarize and summarize the rules of syndrome management of microvascular complications in treating diabetes from stasis,with a view to providing reference for future treatment of microvascular complications of diabetes and expanding its clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.Materials and Methods: A comprehensive search of the Chinese Knowledge Network(cnki)literature on the treatment of diabetic microvascular complications from stasis since the establishment of the database,and entered the keywords "diabetic nephropathy and stasis,thirst disease nephropathy and stasis,diabetic peripheral neuropathy and stasis,Full-text search of "Thirst-Relief and Bi-Symptoms and Stasis,Diabetic Retinopathy and Stasis,Diabetic Retinopathy and Stasis,Diabetic Microvascular Complications and Stasis",and relevant literature materials that meet the inclusion criteria were entered into the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform software V2.5 And statistical analysis of its law.Results:1.The overall inclusion of the study: 356 articles that met the inclusion criteria;359 Chinese medicine prescriptions,involving 245 flavors of Chinese medicine,a total of 4082 times;181articles on diabetic nephropathy,143 articles on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and 35 articles on diabetic retinopathy 359 types of diseases were recorded;25 types of syndromes were recorded,360 times were recorded;4801 were recorded in this study.2.Frequency of single-flavored drugs and dosage of special drugs: Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 17 times have a total of 50 flavors;"Chinese medicines that can treat diseases related to blood stasis" and "with blood circulation,blood circulation,collaterals,and broken blood" "Tongjing,Zhuyuxiaozheng,Xingxuesanyu effect and can treat related diseases caused by blood stasis" has a total of more than 5 times,a total of 30 flavors,of which the top 5 Chinese medicines are Angelica,Chuanxiong,Salvia,Safflower,Achyranthes bidentata,the usual doses are 15 g,10g,15 g,10g,15 g.3.Symptom distribution results: The order of the top 5 frequencies is as follows: 108 qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes appear 108 times,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes 77 times,stasis and blood stasis syndrome 52 times,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromes 32 15 times of cold coagulation and stasis syndrome.4.Pharmacy,Qi and Wuwei results: Studies show that the temperature of warm drugs is the highest,1559 times,followed by cold 1103 times,flatness 1102 times,coolness 123 times,and hotness 49 times.From high to low,the frequency was 2327 times sweet,1644 times bitter,1247 times spicy,372 times sour,283 times salty,and 193 times astringent.The frequency of drug menstruation results was 2431 times liver cirrhosis,spleen 1618 times,1502 times of heart,1341 times of kidney,1066 times of lung,698 times of stomach,378 times of bladder,330 times of large intestine,298 times of biliary,214 times of pericardium,32 times of small intestine 13 times.5.The analysis results of drug association rules are: when the confidence is 0.8,the core group of the medication mode is 11 groups,and the association rule analysis group is 10 groups.6.Analysis results of combination of new prescriptions based on entropy clustering algorithm:Set the "relevance" to 5 and the "penalty" to 2 to obtain a total of 8 new prescriptions and 4candidate new prescriptions.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine and syndromes for treating microvascular complications of diabetes from stasis theory are mainly based on deficiency of qi and yin,qi deficiency,kidney deficiency,and cold blood coagulation pulse.For treatment,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are often used.Qi,Wentong meridian products,the drug belongs to the main into the liver and spleen.
