The Clinical Study Of Optic Nerve Atrophy Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Based On The Theory Of "liver Resuscitation In The Eyes"

Purpose: to explore the theory of "liver enlightenment in the eyes",danzhi xiaoyao powder was used to treat the patients with optic atrophy of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and to provide a better treatment method for the treatment of optic atrophy of traditional Chinese medicine.Materials and methods: to choose in September 2018-November 2019 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology clinic on liver depression and qi stagnation type optic atrophy patient 70 cases(70 eyes),if the patient is sick eyes,then only get into the right patients,using the random number table method divided the patients into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group of patients.Control group to Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder regular treatment,the treatment group is in Dan Zhi flavored treatment,on the basis of xiaoyao powder treatment for 4 weeks,observe the clinical curative effect,and visual analysis of visual acuity and visual evoked potential and the changes of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,using two groups of patients before and after treatment with statistics software SPSS 22.0 data statistics,comparative analysis,P <0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Results: 70 cases were included,among which 2 cases were excluded and 3 cases were shed in the treatment group.In the control group,5 cases fell out.Finally,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference in gender,age,visual acuity,visual field,visual evoked potential and TCM symptom and sign scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,which was comparable.1.The visual acuity of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the average visual acuity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.After treatment,the mean light sensitivity(MS)and mean defect degree(MD)of the treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the mean visual field improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the controlgroup.3.There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the P100 incubation period after treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was significant.There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the amplitude comparison after treatment(P < 0.05).4.The comparison of TCM symptoms and signs scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: based on the theory of "the liver is open to the eyes" and using danzhi xiaoyao powder to add flavor to treat the atrophy of the optic nerve of liver stagnation and qi stagnation has a good clinical effect,which can improve the visual acuity of patients,improve visual field,visual evoked potential and TCM symptoms and signs to a certain extent.
