Objective: According to the characteristics of the optic nerve atrophy,guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,establish the nourishing blood and the liver treatment.Through to observe the vision?field of vision?nerve fiber layer thickness of the liver blood deficiency type optic atrophy patients before and after the treatment,evaluate its clinical efficacy,offers a new method and train of thought for Chinese medicine treatment of optic atrophy.Method: To observe the criteria for 40 patients with optic atrophy, randomly divided into two groups.Among them,20 cases in treatment group 27 eyes,oral from nourishing blood and flexing liver soup with acupuncture;The control group 20 cases of 25 eyes,use the acupuncture treatment.Two groups of patients oral jia gu an fen san slice and Acupoint sticking.To observe the vision?MD?PSD?RNFL?TCM symptom integral of the patients before and after the treatment,evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result: Syndrome treatment group total effective rate was 96.7% in the control group, the total effective rate of TCM symptoms 90.4%, difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total effective treatment group vision was 85.2% in the control group, the total effective rate of 60.0% vision, the two groups were statistically significant.Treatment group and control group differences were statistically significant(P <0.05) in the field of vision, RNFL thickness.Conclusion: Treatment of Liver Depression nourishing liver blood deficiency type optic atrophy significant effect, can significantly improve patients' visual function, improve symptoms, with good clinical value.
