Literature Research On TCM Syndromes And Syndrome Elements Of Chronic Heart Failure In Acute Exacerbation Stage And Professor Jiao Xiaomin's Experience Summary

Purpose: To explore the TCM syndromes,the distribution of syndrome elements and the internal combination of syndromes in the acute exacerbation period of chronic heart failure,and to provide a basis for the standardization of TCM syndromes in the acute exacerbation period of chronic heart failure.This paper summarizes Professor Jiao Xiaomin's experience in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure and the prescription medication,so as to provide feasible ideas for the treatment of this disease in the future.Material and method: By combining computer retrieval and manual retrieval,literatures describing the syndromes and syndromes of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure from 2008 to 2019 were retrieved from the database,and the original data were sorted and classified into the computer for verification.The Excel table was used to calculate the data frequency and frequency,and the frequency and frequency were used to analyze the distribution of TCM database,including 1,472 literatures related to syndrome differentiation,and 114 literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were finally selected.There were 52 types of syndromes,with a total syndrome frequency of 463 times.The results showed that there were7 syndromes of disease location and 13 syndromes of disease,and the total frequency of syndrome elements was 1345 times.2.The most common syndromes are Yang qi deficiency,blood stasis and water stasis syndrome,followed by qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The others are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome,heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome,Yin exhaustion and Yang deficiency syndrome,heart and Yang deficiency syndrome,phlegm-drink blocking lung syndrome,etc.3.The most commonsyndromes of disease location are the heart,followed by the kidney,lung,spleen,liver,tricoke and vein;The most common disease syndromes were Yang deficiency,followed by qi deficiency,blood stasis,stagnation of water,Yin deficiency,phlegm turbidity,water dampness,qi stagnation,blood deficiency,cold coagulation,heat stagnation and qi inversion.4.High-frequency syndrome element cluster analysis results Divided syndromes into four groups:(1)Qi stagnation,blood deficiency,liver,water dampness,spleen;(2)phlegm,water,lung,kidney;(3)Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,blood stasis,water stagnation,heart;(4)Yin deficiency;High-frequency syndrome factor analysis results Four common factors were extracted,and syndromes were divided into four groups:(1)Qi stagnation,liver,water dampness,blood deficiency,spleen;(2)phlegm,water,lung;(3)deficiency of qi,deficiency of Yang,blood stasis,stagnation of water,deficiency of Yin;(4)kidney and heart;The results of the two research methods were highly similar,and the results of the three groups were highly consistent,indicating that there was some commonness in the internal relationship between the syndromes,and the internal close correlation of their pathological changes was repeatable and highly stable.5.Jiao Xiao Min professor
