The Reseach About Pathogenesis And Syndrome Elements Of Blood Stasis Syndromes In The Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: This study about distribution of the pathogenesis syndrome elements ofblood stasis syndrome in AECOPD what is compared and analysed is to explore the causeof pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome in AECOPD.to deepen the understand of stasissyndrome,and to promote clinical research and treatment in AECOPD.Methods:73patients of stasis syndrome in AECOPD what accords the inclusion criteria were incomedand collected clinical data to establish a database using SPSS16.0of statistical software forstatistical description. Results:73patients of AECOPD have6syndrome elements ofdisease resistance, or qi, yin deficiency, phlegm, heat, cold and wet; disease Slip prime3,lung, spleen and kidney. The disease syndrome factor qi deficiency highest frequency(95.9%), followed by sputum (52.1%); the disease bit certificate prime lung, spleen, kidneyfrequency respectively is98.6%,71.2%,35.6%. AECOPD pathogenesis permit factorsmainly to the lung qi and spleen deficiency, the majority of patients both and see.Conclusions: Pathogenesis of blood stasis in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease atacute exacerbation stage is mainly about lung spleen deficiency what due to blood stasis.
