A Clinical Literature Study On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Urinary Calculi

Objective: By searching the clinical literature of treating urinary calculi with traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 10 years,this paper discusses the commonly used methods and characteristics of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat urinary calculi,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment and improve the cure rate of urinary calculi.Materials and methods: Retrieval between January 2009 and December 2019,hownet in China published in Chinese literature,the content of traditional Chinese medicine compound oral literature literature search using keywords in the treatment of urinary calculi title + subject title search before a respectively in accordance with the: urinary tract urinary stone disease pelvic ureteral calculi bladder calculi urethral calculi in urinary stones urinary stones stone pour sand tube;In the latter category,relevant clinical literatures were retrieved according to the following criteria: integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and selected one by one according to the exclusion criteria.Results: After screening,a total of 99 literatures were included in this study,including 116 TCM compounds and 131 TCM ingredients.The total frequency of application was 1412,including 61 TCM ingredients with frequency 1-2,and the cumulative frequency was82.There were 37 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency ?8,and the cumulative frequency was 1182 times,accounting for 83.71% of the total frequency.Statistics were made on the properties of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,the medicinal taste and the meridians,and the order was made according to the number of medicinal taste.The properties of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of urinary tract stones were cold,smooth and warm in turn.In clinical treatment of urinary calculi,the traditional Chinese medicine is sweet,bitter,spicy,sour,salty and mild.In clinical treatment of urinary calculi,the traditional Chinese medicine is used for liver,bladder,spleen,kidney,heart,small intestine,lung,stomach,gallbladder,large intestine,sanjiao,pericardium.The high frequency traditional Chinese medicine was classified and 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized and sorted out.The water-benefiting and moistening medicine ranked the first with 12 ingredients,8 of which were diuretic tonic,antipyretic tonic,antipyretic tonic,antipyretic tonic,antipyretic tonic,antipyretic tonic and antidiarrheal tonic.The correlation analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine showed that there were 20 groups of drug pairs with statistical significance,among which 7 groups were related to two drug pairs and 13 groups were combined with three drugs.Clustering analysis was carried out on the high frequency Chinese medicine,the clustering results mainly mainly three categories,poly category of chicken's gizzard-membrane,sea sands,money grass,king of poly 2 is not line,Bian storage,winter sun,dianthus superbus,semen plantaginis,pyrrosia leaf,talc,etc.The main three types are ripe land,eucommia ulmoides,astragalus,radix paeoniae alba,three rhizome,rhizoma zedoary,pangolin,Chinese melia fruit,wood incense,peach kernel and so on.Conclusion:1.According to the research,the core drugs for the treatment of urinary calculi are monolith,chicken internal gold and sea jinsha;Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a pyrrosia leaf,liquorice,talc,achyranthes,dianthus superbus,plantain seed,sunflower,cowherb seed,winter Bian,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma alismatis storage.2.Through the statistical analysis of the treatment of urinary stones,it was found that the main property of commonly used drugs was cold;The main flavor of common drugs is sweet and bitter.Commonly used drugs are liver,bladder,kidney and spleen meridians.3.In the clinical literature,the medication category of patients with urinary tract stones for water infiltration and dampening is the first,followed by the most common drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,repairing deficiency,regulating qi and clearing heat.4.Through the correlation analysis of high-frequency drugs for the treatment of urinary tract stones,the combination of diuretic tongdrench and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs is mainly consistent with the clinical classification and medication characteristics of urinary tract stones.5.Treatment of urinary calculi drug clustering mainly into three categories: poly category of chicken's gizzard-membrane,sea sands,money grass,poly(class ii for Bian,winter storage sunflower,dianthus superbus,semen plantaginis,pyrrosia leaf,talc,etc.The main three typesare ripe land,eucommia ulmoides,astragalus astragalus,three arms,rhizoma zedoary,melia fruit,wood incense,peach kernel and so on.
