Objective:Through to the shenyang,district,heping district,Tiexi district Dadong district Huanggu District above five area chain pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care research analysis,found that Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care present problems,and put forward solutions and Suggestions for each link,so as to improve the level of chain pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care,to ensure the safety of people’s drug use and improve the consumer to the enterprise’s trust.Methods:1.Literature research method: collect relevant literature through professional periodical websites such as CNKI,WEIPU and so on,summarize and summarize related materials of pharmaceutical care of chain drugstores by policies and regulations,and understand traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care,as the basic preparation for preliminary research.2.Field survey method: through field observation,interviews with pharmaceutical care personnel of chain drugstores and questionnaires,the current actual situation of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care is understood.The survey contents include: basic information of practitioners,professional skills of traditional Chinese medicine,consumer demand and many other aspects.Conclusion:Based on the five in the city zone chain pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care research analysis,found that the current chain pharmacies pharmaceutical care informatization construction lag,the pharmaceutical service personnel from low standards,licensed pharmacists take off hillock phenomenon still exists,Chinese traditional medicine dispensing lack of professionals,a series of problems such as nonstandard proprietary Chinese medicine processing program.In view of the above problems,it is suggested that chain drugstores change the service mode,enhance the awareness of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care,strengthen the training andsupervision,introduce talents through school-enterprise cooperation,and make use of the Internet platform for in-depth integration,so as to improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care of chain drugstores and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
