Professor Wang Chuijie's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Using data mining technology to study Professor Wang Chuijie’s clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and then explore its dialectical thinking,and summarize its experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and provide ideas for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Material and method : A total of 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were enrolled in the Outpatient Department of the National Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018.The total number of patients was 180.Enter the Excel table,standardize the processing data,export the frequency analysis of the drug through Excel,and use the SPSS24.0 statistical software to analyze the selected high-frequency drugs(24 flavors),cluster analysis,and use SPSS24.0 statistical software to screen out High-frequency drugs(17 flavors in total)were analyzed for correlation.Results:1.A total of 90 patients were enrolled and 180 prescriptions were given.The proportion of syndrome type was spleen and stomach weakness(30.0%),spleen and stomach damp heat(18.9%),stomach yin deficiency(15.6%),liver and stomach disharmony(13.3%).Spleen and stomach deficiency(10.0%).2.A total of 86 flavors of drugs were used,the frequency of use was 2,384 times,the frequency of drugs with more than 20 times was 37,and the frequency of total medication was 1926,accounting for 82.3% of the frequency.The most commonly used top ten herbs are raw licorice(180 times),dried tangerine peel(144 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(131times),medlar(119 times),Codonopsis pilosula(112 times),white peony(99 times),woody(93 times),Magnolia(92 times),Coptis(76 times),and Astragalus(67 times).Prescription drugs are classified into four major categories: tonic medicine,qi medicine,heat medicine and chemical medicine.3.Cluster analysis of 3 clusters,clustering party C1: chicken inner gold,Jiao Sanxian,angelica,Amomum,white soybean meal,Xiangfu,oyster shell,Bupleurum,green skin,Astragalus,white peony;cluster party C2 : Astragalus,musk,medlar,berberine,atractylodes;cluster party C3: raw licorice,dried tangerine peel,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Poria,Muxiang,Magnolia,White peony.4.Correlation analysis of 6 basic drug pairs.Conclusion:1.The instructor believes that the early stage of chronic atrophic gastritis is mostly evidence.The disease is mainly caused by spleen and stomach weakness,and the deficiency is long-lived.At the time of clinical trial,we should not only pay attention to the spleen and stomach itself,but also pay attention to the changes in the heart and liver related to the viscera.And different treatment strategies are adopted in stages,such as Jianpiyang,Shengqi,Qingweihuo,Ziweiyin,Shuganqi,Jiangxinhuo and other treatments.2.The patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated by the tutor are mainly spleen and stomach weakness,spleen and stomach deficiency,and stomach deficiency.3.The prescriptions used by the instructor for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis are composed of tonic medicine,qi medicine,heat-clearing medicine and chemical medicine,which embodies the treatment principle of “spleen and qi,Shengyang scattered fire”.4.Raw licorice,dried tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Astragali,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Muxiang,Magnolia,Rhizoma Coptidis,and Radix Astragali are the core medications for the instructor to treat chronic atrophic gastritis.5.Instructor treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is commonly used for Codonopsis pilosula-Astragalus,Atractylodes-Poria,Bupleurum-White peony,Panax notoginseng-White peony,tangerine peel-turmeric,clam shell-Atractylodes.
