Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gengnian Zishen Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating menopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome,with a view to providing a better clinical treatment.Methods: Collecting 60 cases in total which met the inclusion criteria were and divided into a treatment group(combination of acupuncture and medicine)and a control group(simple Chinese medicine)using random number tables,with 30 cases in each group.Observed and recorded the domestic improved Kupperman Index(KI)score,SAS anxiety self-test score,TCM syndrome score,etc.before and after treatment.Results:1.Efficacy evaluation of KI score before and after treatment: After treatment,the KI score of the treatment group and the control group was lower than before tre atment,and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious(P <0.01).2.Efficacy evaluation of SAS anxiety scale scores before and after treatment: After treatment,the SAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before the treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious than the control group(P <0.05).3.Efficacy evaluation of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than before treatment,and there was a significant difference in the treatment group(P<0.01).4.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: According to the KI score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,and the rate of the control one was79.31%,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);according to the TCM syndrome score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86 %,The rate o f the control one was 75.86%,there was a significant difference(P <0.01),indic ating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Both groups of treatments can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but the overall clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is obviously better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.
