| Objective:To analyze the risk factors of malignant tumor infection in order to improve the diag nosis and treatment of this complication.Materials and Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,303 malignant tumor cases with clear diagnosi s and complete clinical records were included in the department of oncology of the se cond affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine.Accordin g to the signs and symptoms at admission and the results of relevant examinations at admission, they were divided into an infected group and a non-infected group.General clinical data collection, presence of distant metastases, with or without diabetes, the pr esence of targeted therapy, and presence of endocrine therapy, with or without radiatio n and chemotherapy treatment, with or without surgical treatment, the presence of inva sive operation, whether to the indwelling tube, hemoglobin, serum albumin, whether it is phlegmy wet card type, single factor analysis, screening significant difference facto rs,with multiple factors regression analysis to determine the risk factors, and using R OC curve regression analysis result, phlegmy wet type certificate or not malignant tum or cases were followed for survival time, and the Log Rank(Mantel-Cox)for surviv al analysis.Results:1.Analysis of risk factors for infection of malignant tumor cases: advanced age, dista nt metastasis, diabetes, chemoradiotherapy, invasive operation, surgical treatment, indwe lling catheter, serum albumin ≤30g/L,phlegm-dampness syndrome type, and KPS score were the risk factors for malignant tumor infection(P < 0.05).2.ROC curve of infection status of patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome: the sen sitivity and accuracy of phlegm-dampness syndrome were 0.697,0.739,and the area u nder the curve was 0.641.The phlegm-dampness syndrome type has diagnostic value fo r malignant tumor infection.3.Survival analysis of patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome and malignant tumor:The survival time of patients with malignant tumors with phlegm-dampness syndrome was 11.76±0.36 months(95%CI: 11.057 ~ 12.463),The survival time of patients with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome malignant tumor was 13.4±0.25 months(95%CI: 12.912 ~ 13.890).The overall comparison results of Log Rank(mantel-cox)were as follows:?2=15.609 p=0.000<0.05,significant difference. Conclusion :1.Advanced age, distant metastasis, basic diseases of diabetes, chemoradiotherapy, inv asive operation, surgical treatment, indwelling catheter, serum albumin ≤30g/L,phlegmdampness syndrome type and KPS score are risk factors for malignant tumor infection. When the above risk factors exist,we should be more cautious about the clinical treat ment and nursing intervention of malignant tumor cases.2.The phlegm-dampness syndrome type has certain diagnostic value for clinical malig nant tumor infection.3 The survival time of patients with malignant tumors with phlegm-dampness syndrom e is short. |
