Objective:To observe the clinical effect of professor Jiang Shumin's empirical prescription "Wen Zhong Yu Kui Fang"(intelligent granule dosage form)on peptic ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.Material and method:A total of 80 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold peptic ulcer who visited teacher Jiang's clinic from March 2018 to March 2019 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group(40 patients in treatment group and 40 patients incontrol group).Patients in the two groups were instructed to enjoy a proper diet,adjust their sleep schedule,abstain from alcohol,and avoid drugs that might affect the results of the study.In the treatment group,professor Jiang Shumin's empirical prescription was given for oral administration,while in the control group,pantoprazole sodium enteric-solution capsule was given for oral administration.After 8 weeks,the efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.All data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software.Results:1.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups:The treatment group with the total effective rate of 97.50%;The control group with the total effective rate of 87.50%.2.Comparison of the standard therapeutic effect of western medicine between the two groups:The treatment group with the total effective rate of 92.50%;In the control group,the total effective rate was 87.50%.3.Comparison of endoscopic examination between the two groups: the area of endoscopic ulcer in the treatment group decreased from 247.824±67.397 mm2 before treatment to48.652±40.905 mm2 after treatment,and the ulcer healing rate was(79.808±16.084)%.In the control group,the area of endoscopic ulcer decreased from 237.600±62.865 mm2 before treatment to 70.339±53.297 mm2 after treatment,and the ulcer healing rate was(67.847±25.876)%.4.Comparison of TCM symptom score between the two groups:The TCM symptom score ofthe treatment group decreased from 7.950±2.660 to 1.675±1.328,and the efficacy score was(77.861±17.607)%.The TCM syndrome score of the control group decreased from7.200±2.452 to 2.650±1.791,and the efficacy score was(65.045±20.166)%.5.Comparison the efficacy of anti-hp:The cure rate was 93.54% in the treatment group and89.28% in the control group.The recurrence rate of 13 C breath test was 6.89% and 48.00%,respectively.6.Gastroscopy was reexamined after half a year:The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.40%;The recurrence rate in the control group was 17.14%.Conclusion:Professor Jiang Shumin's empirical prescription was effective in treating peptic ulcer with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.It had significant effect in improving symptoms,wound healing,and anti-hp.The efficacy was better than that of the control group.
