Objective:Through modified Huangqijianzhong Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer (spleen deficiency syndrome) in the clinical experimental research, to observe its clinical curative effectMethods:Will meet the criteria for the diagnosis of50cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group of25cases,25cases of patients of control group. General materials of two groups before treatment, symptom scores are basically the same, statistically, there was no significant difference in meaning, with comparable. The treatment group were treated with modified Huangqijianzhong Soup treatment, group therapy with omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin therapy. Before and after the treatment, the clinical symptom improvement.Results:(1):t Clinical symptoms of efficiency in the treatment group was88%,80%in control group; gastroscopy and the efficiency of92%in the treatment group, control group88%. Two efficiency, the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).(2):The treatment group and control group after treatment the symptom scores and before treatment within group comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05).(3):a treatment group and a control group of patients in clinical course of study showed no adverse reaction.Conclusion:(1):The treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency of no significant difference compared.(2):The two groups of treatment can get better clinical efficacy, modified Huangqijianzhong Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer efficacy is lower than Western Medicine (omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin).
