Purpose: To explore whether the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can affect the survival and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.Material and method: A retrospective study was conducted from 1 January 2013 to31 October 2019 in patients with the first diagnosis of cervical cancer at the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 141 patients were selected to meet the exclusion criteria,the total survival period,clinical stage,diagnosis age,Karnofsky KPS score(percentile method),operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Chinese medicine treatment and time of oral Chinese Medicine decoction were analyzed..The basic data of patients were recorded by Microsoft Excel 2010 software,and survival analysis was conducted by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.Analysis of prognostic factors in 141 patients with Cervical Cancer: KPS score,Chinese medicine treatment and clinical stage were the independent prognostic factors.2.73 cases of stage i-ii a cervical cancer prognosis factor analysis results: the first diagnosis of KPS score and surgical conditions of cervical cancer patients as an independent prognostic factors.3.Analysis of prognostic factors in 46 patients with Stage II B-III B Cervical Cancer: KPS score,radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were the independent prognostic factors.4.65 cases of stage I-II A postoperative cervical cancer prognosis factors analysis results: the first diagnosis of KPS score for cervical cancer patients independent prognostic factors.5.Analysis of prognostic factors of 34 patients with cervical cancer after Stage II B-III B radiotherapy: KPS score and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine were independent prognostic factors.6.The prognosis of stage IV cervical cancer was poor,and no independent prognostic factorswere found.Conclusion:1.For Stage II B-III patients,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can prolong their survival;2.For early(I-II a stage)and late(IV stage)patients,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve their physical symptoms and improve their quality of life,but can not play a significant role in their survival.
