Purpose:Effect of ovarian cancer patients with clinical and pathological characteristics and treatment scheme on the survival of 3 years on the p rognosis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of Liaoning Provincial Hospital of TCM on cology in 2011 September-2014 July and follow-up to the clinical data of 73 cases with ovarian cancer. All data were collected for analysis a nd sorting, accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for screening in strict. Finally we selected 73 cases to meet the conditi ons in which the survival time more than 3 years group were 49 cases, wh ile less than 3 years group were 24 cases.Use SPSS17. 0 software for sta tistical analysis on the collation of data, and use Log-Rank to the age、op eration situation and the pathological staging、chemotherapy total cycl e number and Karnofsky score(first visit to a hospital),and also trad itional Chinese medicine using time as single factor analysis.Using COX pr oportional hazards regression model selected independent prognostic factor s for survival time in ovarian cancer patients,Count data by χ2 test, and measurement data is represented by x ±s,P < 0.05 for the results had s tatistical significance.Result: 1.There were 49 cases in 73 ovarian cancer patients the survival time mor e than 3 years, and less than 3 years group were 24 cases, aging 36-87 year s old, median age 59 years. 2.Survival is greater than the surgery group 3 years The proportion of operation(including surgical staging and tumorcytoreductive surgery) i n ovarian cancer patients with survival time more than 3 years group was s ignificantly higher than that of less than 3 years group(P < 0.05).The pr oportion of early(stage I and II) patients in the two groups accounted for respectively 34.7% and 4.2%,Survival of more than 3 years group wa s earlier than less than 3 years group, and there was statistical significa nce between the difference(P<0.05).55.1% patients survived more than 3 yea rs group recepted at least 8 cycles of chemotherapy, and survival less th an 3 years group only 20.8% patients with a total of 8 cycles of chem otherapy(P < 0.05).Survival time more than 3 years group and survival l ess than3 years group of 40.8% patients used traditional Chinese medici ne for more than 12 months was significantly higher than that of 8.3% in another goup(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with age also had statisti cal significance. The first line chemotherapy whether TC scheme, whether o peration treatment again, whether the comparison for radiotherapy and bio logical treatment, there was no statistically significant difference. 3.Confirmed by single factor analysis, whether the operation,Clinical and pathological staging, number of chemotherapy cycles,(untreated) KPS score, the usition of traditional Chinese medicine time or age,all above were rel ated to the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer as a single factor,A ll P < 0.05. 4.Confirmed by the analysis of the Cox proportional hazards regression, whether the opera tion,Clinical and pathological staging, number of chemotherapy cycles,(untreated) KPS score,The usition of traditional Chinese medicine time, every of above was an independent prognos tic factor of survival in ovarian cancer patients, all P < 0.05. 5.Card type statistics of two groups of patients with discovery:there were 18 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation ovarian cancer in the 49 cases of survival more than 3 yea rs.Conclusion: 1.Early diagnosis, operation treatment, complete specification, sufficient a nd multiple courses of chemotherapy is the key to improve the prognosi s of patients with ovarian cancer. 2.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors is playing an increasingly significant role, reasonable combination of traditional Chinese medicine has aclinical significance of Chinese tradi tional medicine to improve the prognosis of patients with ovarian cance r and improve the quality of life.
