Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupoint Application Combined With TDP Magic Lamp In Preventing And Treating Postoperative Constipation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application+TDP lamp in the prevention and treatment of constipation after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with damp heat injection.Material and method:96 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation of damp heat injection in anorectal Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group,sticking group and sticking +TDP lamp group.The control group was only given routine treatment after operation.The sticking group was given self-made defecation patch,sticking + TDP lamp group was given self-made defecation patch and TDP lamp irradiation.The clinical effect,the time of first defecation,the time of each defecation,the incidence of constipation,Bristol type,pac-sym score,defecation pain,wound healing time and adverse reactions were observed and recorded.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy of each group.Results:1.There was no significant difference in baseline data and pac-sym score before treatment among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Total effective rate: 96.88% in application + TDP group,87.50% in the application group and 59.38% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)3.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the first defecation time,each defecation time,the incidence of constipation,Bristol grading on the 7th-10 th day after operation,pac-sym scores,defecation pain on the 3rd-10 th day after operation and wound healing time among the three groups.4.Before and after treatment,the pac-sym score in the group was significantly lower than that in the application group and the application + TDP Shendeng group(P < 0.05).5.There were significant differences in the first defecation time,each defecation time,incidence of constipation,Bristol grade,pac-sym score,defecation pain and wound healing time between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between thecontrol group and the application group in the first defecation time,each defecation time,the Bristol classification on the 7th day after operation,the fecal quality was hard,the fecal quantity was small,the defecation frequency was reduced,the defecation was laborious,the defecation was painful,the defecation was intentional but difficult to be discharged,the stomach pain,the abdominal spasm pain,the abdominal distention pain,the defecation pain on the 10 th day after operation,and the wound healing time(P < 0.05).6.There were no significant differences in the first defecation time,each defecation time,the incidence of constipation,the Bristol grade on the 7th day after operation,the amount of feces,the number of defecations,rectal bleeding or tears,the pain of defecation on the 7th day after operation,and the time of wound healing between the two groups(P > 0.05).The incidence of constipation,Bristol grade on the 10 th day after operation,rectal bleeding or tearing,rectal burning and defecation pain on the 3rd to 7th day after operation in the application group and the control group were all P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference.Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with TDP lamp is effective in the prevention and treatment of postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.
